Cottage vacation rentals in Tokyo Prefecture

We had an amazing night at this beautiful Airbnb. We especially loved the sauna and the hot tub. The house was beautiful, lots of space and beautiful interior. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I used it for an event nearby.Although it was a villa area, it was also possible to walk to the station in less than 30 minutes. The host was kind, and I enjoyed the hot springs at night and the view of Sagaminada and Izu from the terrace in the morning.

We had such a lovely time at the guest house. Cielétoile drove us around and showed us lots of great local spots!! The guest house was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and happy to help with anything we needed!

My husband and I and our 1 year old golden retriever really enjoyed our stay here! It felt like a private beach and the views from our room were amazing. The host was so friendly and helpful and even gave us a photo of our dog on the beach as a gift. Our dog loved it and it was nice to be able to let her roam around with us and run on the beach! I would love to go back!

We had a wonderful time! Our large group booked both the first and second floors, which was well worth it as it was spacious, well-stocked, and allowed us to easily cook, eat, and hang out together. Some things to note that were unexpected or better than expected: - There are projectors attached to the ceiling lights. - The TV is quite large. - The beach is a close walk away with a great local coffee shop along the way. - The grill was easy to use and included all of the supplies we needed. - The laundry machine is perfect to use when you need to wash towels. The only thing to be aware of is that the meeting space is large and only has one heating system, so it does not stay warm. If you visit in lower temperatures, dress warm! All in all, this was an incredible stay and we are so happy to have found it!

The outdoor jacuzzi is open, but I think women might be concerned about the surrounding eyes. You'll need a swimsuit to enjoy yourself without worries.The room was easy to use and had everything you needed. Cars with low height can be parked just below the premises.(Because you can't climb the hill) Cars with a low height can be parked on the premises! The bath and kitchen are also very good🛁 *. It was so much fun to buy food at a nearby beach and cook it outside!

The cottage itself might not be traditional Japanese architecture but the inside definitely is. Taller people could experience some issues but it's manageable with a little care. The kitchen is well equipped but the space is limited and if you prepare a lot of dishes at the same time, it's quite annoying. Would definitely recommend to use a rental car because you can access most restaurants and supermarkets within a couple minutes, as by foot, it can be a real pain to walk every time you need something. Overall a nice experience and would definitely recommend for larger groups up to 6 people.

The home was even better than the pictures! We had been traveling a lot in very tiny homes and this was a very needed break and space. There was a beautiful babbling stream along the whole property that was so peaceful. It basically had everything you needed and more. The major recommendation would be a rental car, if you didn’t come with one. It’s not like the other major cities where everything is walkable. We were able to rent a car with ease at JR care rental at Kobuchizawa Station. The taxis are expensive here. We are from the US and you will need to get an international DL Before you travel from AAA for $20, super simple and fast. Remember to drive on the left side. We went to Suntory Whiskey Museum and was very nice history. There are also nice trails with beautiful waterfalls. You need a car for this. Hot water for the whole house needs to be on couple minutes before using just by pressing the far left button and doesn’t stay on long so will need to remember to turn on.

Excellent place for a hideout from the city noise! Comfy place with spacious rooms! Very satisfying!

I wanted to relax with my two dogs and my daughter. It was quiet and I had a peaceful time with the sound of ducks flying from the pond in front of me and the sound of birds chirping. It was great to feel the sea while taking a walk. The garden was also well surrounded, so it was safe for the dogs to be free. I also used the wood stove for the first time, but it was very warm. I think it would have been nice to have a dining table. Also, it may be because the animals are ok, but I was somehow concerned about the smell of animals and the smell of the house. I will use it again

It was a great place to stay but really far from everything. We were also unable to reach a cab with taxi go or Uber. The only way we could get a ride was by calling a taxi service. It was also hard to explain the address to the taxi driver since we don’t speak Japanese. There was one time we did show the address of the Airbnb to the taxi driver and he took us far from it, we had to make a U-turn and guide him to the Airbnb. Other than that, it was a good, peaceful place.

I used it with friends during the holidays. They were very kind and accommodating, and we had a pleasant stay.Thank you very much.

Thank you. This time I had a main purpose, and I was looking for a place where I could sleep while making noise with my family, so it was a very helpful facility. It was nice to have the sea nearby and to be able to take a walk. I would like to consider it again when I go for the same purpose.

We had a great time here and would love to come back in the future. It's fantastic for families who are traveling through Japan.

Very nice place to stay!

The landlord is very friendly, you can still see the sea from the balcony, and the kitchen is fully equipped, but the detergent was gone when I cleaned it.The A/C on the floor is prone to power out, but otherwise it was perfect.

Quiet accommodation with a large main room and beautiful terrace. Highly reachable host. Pleasant area. Nearby beachfront and amenities too.

• We arrived at night, but it was very easy to find because they turned on the lights throughout the building. • When I checked in, the heating was already on and the room was warm. • Fully equipped.There are not many facilities, so I appreciate it. • The kitchen is also clean and very easy to use.I didn't use it, but there was also a hot plate, so it was convenient. • It was also easy to separate garbage. • We would like to use it again.

The accommodation was very comfortable. Especially around the kitchen, it was very clean, and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, so it was very helpful when cooking. It was very good to experience the extraordinary experience of staying in the warehouse!

My husband and I stayed one night.It was just around the time to see the autumn leaves, and it was a very calm environment with a colorful autumn leaves around the area. It was really perfect for relaxing away from the city, and I slept for the first time in a long time.The outside terrace was also large, and the breakfast in the beautiful air was exceptional. The dishes and futons are also very clean.We'd love to stay again for our consecutive holidays.

I stayed here to focus on some work on my laptop, and it was perfect — super quiet and private, with almost no one around. There weren’t any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, which was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if I had a car. Since it’s pretty deep in the mountains, next time I’d like to come with a car or a bike! The Wi-Fi was great too — I got 76Mbps download speed on the Fast speed test, so everything ran really smoothly. I’d definitely come back! 🫶❤️✨
