love the location and there’s also many convenience stores (7e and lawson) on our way back to home. the house is well equipped and comfortable to accommodate 2 person.

The host was very responsive, providing clear instructions that made check-in easy. The luggage elevator was a convenient addition. Our stay could have been perfect had we been assigned a lower-level room, as we were traveling with a senior citizen companion. However, everything else was excellent. The room, though narrow, was more than sufficient for three people. We loved the well-functioning AC unit with a heater, the fresh and clean linens, and the property's great proximity to Komagome Station, as well as the convenience of the luggage elevator.

He was a very kind host. It was clean, and the thoughtful consideration stood out.

Great location especially arriving from Narita. Easy walk to Nippori station and Yamamote line which was the primary line we used thanks to this place. Plenty of space for our family of 6 with 4 kids ages 4-14. close to 7 eleven and Lawson.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

The location was fantastic—close to public transport (Komagome Station), making it easy to explore Tokyo’s vibrant neighborhoods. This place also near with Seven Eleven and Familymart so easy to get food. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful local recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. If you're looking for a peaceful place, Sozo is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for travelers who want a unique and comfortable experience in Komagome, Tokyo

Great location, just the stairs are narrow and easy to hit your head.

It was so nice to travel with my child and a family of four. Elevator, washing machine, dryer, toothbrush You can think of it as a regular unmanned hotel. It wasn't long, so it was pleasant. 7-Eleven right in front It was comfortable because it was comfortable. It was inevitable that luggage could not be stored, so that was a pity compared to a hotel. I want to come back.

It was nice to be close to the station, and there were good restaurants nearby. The street wasn't noisy at night, and it's soundproof! Above all, it seemed like you always kept the building clean, and you were so kind when I had any questions.🙂

This was our first time in Tokyo and this place seemed really well located. It’s really good value and the hosts were really helpful especially as we left our headphones and they posted them on!! We were there four nights and used the washing machine. It really had everything we needed.

The place was very great. Location was perfect. It's a quiet neighborhood, but Ikebukuro is very good and quick to walk to and the other parts of Tokyo are quick and easy to reach from Ikebukuro station. There is a place to stay near the property several 7/11 and Family Marts. The host is very friendly and accommodating and was always very quick to respond to messages. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Masaru is a great. We had a little issue with the electricity on the night we checked, I contacted him and was fixed in no time. Apart from that, everything is as good as it gets. Our family had a great time in Tokyo, and hope to return soon. Thank you Masaru.
