Waterfront vacation rentals in Texas

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Location was easy to get to but close to all the fun things to do in the area.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This is the second time we stayed at this Condo. I have interacted with Jaime and Troy on both occasions and found them very professional and responsive. My wife was talking on our way home about returning to Rockport over the July 4th weekend and staying at their condo again for another week, however, someone already beat us to it. Even though we are not able to stay there over the 4th of July weekend we will plan on making another trip there in the future. We were very impressed with the condo on both occasions as well as our dealing with Jaime. You cannot go wrong booking this condo when in Rockport.

Location was tier S. There is a parking fee but definitely worth it for peace of mind and trust me you won’t be needing to move your car much. The riverwalk is literally just a couple feet away with the touristy area less than a ten minute walk including the Alamo. Location provides everything you need from a full clean kitchen to a washing unit for those with longer stays. At first I was worried about the squeakingness of the floorboards but it being a historical building it’s understandable and it gives character to the place. Only issue for me was the morning city sounds but it’s easily overlooked by everything else this location has to offer. Recently broke my leg and although not as “handicapped” this building is def equipped to facilitate anyone on a wheelchair or that is mobile restrained/constricted. It has elevators and a small lift for the entrance for wheelchairs, as well as an inside ramp. Our host was amazing. Very responsive and clear on instructions. Great place to stay!

Host was very helpful in working out how we could get the gym cards with excellent communication during the roof replacement that was going on while we were there. This is our second time staying in this unit.

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

Everything was super awesome. We cannot wait to come back! This place was so clean and everything was even better than expected! I highly recommend. And the cleaning service is a 10. Please don’t forget to tip!

What a great place. I travel a lot for work … there are times we all need a good reset. A place to have some down time. This is the place. I’m looking forward to booking this place again.

We came for a mini vacation and loved every minute. House was clean, host was friendly and helpful. The fishing was great, windy during our stay but we caught several fish. Black drum, speckled trout, catfish and stingrays. Most were catch and release but we had a blast. Sunrise is absolutely gorgeous over the water. We highly recommend this stay. We will be back.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

My wife and I along with another couple were thoroughly satisfied with!!! We would return! Other than going out for breakfast at the quaint and charming The Roost” in Eustace we did all our meals on the grill and/or kitchen. TV worked great! Everything was as good or even exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this place for quite relaxing.

Place was great. It worked out perfectly for me and our Film Crew. Highly recommended for a big group!

Super accommodating! Great host!

This place was great and exactly as how it was in the pictures. We were there for a 4 day weekend fishing trip with a group of 5 and the place accomodated us very well. Clean beds, big open living room and kitchen and nice dock. The owner was very responsive and notified us of the dock having electrical issues. I asked if they could run extension cords down to the dock because we had rented out some fishing boats and needed them charged. They accommodated the request and fixed the electrical short the next day. We enjoyed the place and had a great fishing trip.

It's a great place on the lake. Spacious and clean. Pete is a great host. Do not go without bringing your fishing pole as there's plenty of fishing off the bank!

Highly recommend this rental for its perfect location, view, and comfort! Mike was quick to respond to any questions. The beds were very comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed for a wonderful post-holiday escape!

Evan‘s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful time. He was also super responsive and gave us recommendations for places to eat and what beaches to go to. Also, didn’t have a huge checklist for cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Neal's place. We did not have any issues. The condo complex was very quiet even on the weekend was never overly crowded or noisy. Overall a very nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again on a future visit to Rockport.

The location was great! David was a fantastic host and was so gracious and accommodating when I needed to make an adjustment . The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, easy to check-in. Will definitely stay again!

Two parking passes not available as promised, doors very outdated hard to lock especially in guess bathroom. Kids kept using my bathroom, so it became annoying. Otherwise a very nice location and view and area.

Great peaceful place sure did relax. My girls really enjoyed it especially because as soon as they can go out they were fishing. We felt safe and at home while there.

The view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. The upgrades are quite nice as well. Fancy ceiling fans and bathroom mirrors. We were very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is truly prime and was close to our parents RV.
