Great place! The house is very spacious, the kitchen area and dining table were large and great for family gatherings. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! The outside area is great. You can jump right in to the lake, grill and hang out on the decks. Dan was a great host, we stayed during Beryl and Dan did everything he could to navigate the situation.

It was great better than the pictures the weather was nice and sunny the water was amazing but at night there was a bad storm but it was nice I would go again

We greatly enjoyed our stay as a homeschool group exploring the Alamo and SeaWorld. Daniel was very available with communication and was very responsive. The house was private and clean and the pool and backyard was a great space to burn off some energy for the kids. The downstairs “arcade area” was loved by all of our rambunctious boys and kept them highly entertained. Anyone with small children might want to bring a baby gate for the stairs (which might be available through the BNB but we didn’t inquire about it). Overall enjoyable visit!

The home was as beautiful as the pictures. Our large family stayed for 5 days. It was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood. Host was accommodating. Check out was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Joey and Cait’s home is everything you could possibly want in an Austin stay! From the moment we arrived, we could tell they’ve thought of absolutely everything. The space is beautifully designed! So stylish, yet completely welcoming and perfect for a family trip. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were so comfortable. And the pool? Incredible. It was the highlight of our trip—perfect for both relaxing and keeping the kids entertained for hours. The pool quick-drying pool towels 👌 We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one stands out. Joey and Cait are exceptional hosts, and their home is a true gem in Austin. Can’t wait to come back!

Love the place really nice. I really didn’t understand the deposit ( of that amount) because the place had flaws , but overall the house was really nice DOPE !!!! It was 7 of us and we LOVVVVVED IT. The host was AMAZING , very understanding and very helpful.

Perfect and quiet place to gather with family! Very comfortable , have everything you need very accesible and easy to find. We felt very safe.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

If you are traveling with kids or pets this is the place to stay. The attention to the small details to make you feel at home was shocking. You forgot something, she has it. Whether you have a baby (high chair, pack n play, stroller) or teenagers (putting golf, snacks, tvs in every room) there is some type of creature comfort for you. My husband and I traveled with 4 kids from age 1 to 16. Everyone had space and was immensely satisfied. Location was easy to get to everything, and place is exactly as pictured and more! Would give 10 stars if possible.

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

Jennifer was a great host in responsiveness and being attentive. The place was just what our family needed and the back yard is a huge plus for pets! Highly recommend if your staying in San Antonio.

Rosa place was so beautiful from the inside to the outside and felt right at home Rosa opened me and my guest with open arms And had great communication through it all i will definitely be booking again

Great house. Not to far to get to Dallas or Fort Worth. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Son loved the media room. Great communication also

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I love to look for neat stays during every holiday.. this one has been our favorite yet. We love to be outdoors and during our stay we enjoyed the beautiful backyard all day. From the pool to the section where we were able to roast marshmallows, everything was incredible. The indoors had plenty of space for our big family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen spacious enough to congregate around. We will definitely be coming back.

It was amazing. The pool was the main reason we stayed. But overall this is the place to stay. Definitely will come here more often

Wasn’t sure what to expect in Del Rio, but this house was great. Plenty of space, clean pool on arrival, good WiFi and a Smart TV - pretty much all I need for a couple day stay! We had a minor issue with the AC and the owner was on top of it with a tech on scene within 30 mins and a quick resolution. She was quick to reply during all communications- highly recommend!
