Would absolutely stay here again! Good location, clean beds and friendly host. We saw lots of ducks, chickens, goats across the pond and even a heron! We loved listening to the croaking frogs in the evening and told stories around the fire. So many wonderful memories made!

It was a nice place to stay there were a few cabins near but still had a lot of privacy we went down there to look at wildflowers and bluebonnet festival . There were a lot of wildflowers around the property. Would definitely come back again.

Great location for a relaxing weekend, for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Property was relaxing and peaceful. The hot tub was the perfect place to hang out after hiking the Greenbelt. Drive to and from the property is gorgeous.

We had a ton of fun at this adorable and perfectly designed cottage. It's perfect for a girl's trip, has everything you need, great location, great amenities, and adorable inside. The hot tub was perfectly warm, we loved the jets. Everything in the cottage is place "just so," showing how thoughtful Lori and Mandy are as hosts. All the furniture and beds were comfy cozy. We had such a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s peaceful but still close to town. Location is easy to find and the place was really clean. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at Ramsay’s Cottage! The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and short walk to the private park. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. It really felt like the hosts thought of everything - we had everything we could have needed. The cookies from Charles were icing on the cake to a perfect weekend! We would love to stay here again.

Charming, cozy and quiet cabin out in the country with just a short 20-25 minute drive to BCS. Cabin was very clean, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the couch was awesome!!! Had a great stay and it will definitely be on our list to visit again.

This is my second stay at this Airbnb. It was just as perfect as the first time!!

We enjoyed our time greatly. Was nice to be so close to Goose Island State Park and the shore to go birding. Susan and son Josh were very friendly and helpful with questions on the area and other needs we had. We appreciated the quiet, the screened in porch and having our very own cat in Oreo! We would definitely return to stay Thank you Susan.

I think the best way to describe this cottage is by describing what you can’t see in the pictures. 1. The beds are amazingly comfortable. 2. Ever have a problem with sleeping in during vacations bc of the light flooding into rooms at sunrise? Not here. The king room doesn’t have a window🩷. I am adding this in here because I know that so many will appreciate this feature. 3. The backyard is truly a den of privacy. The most skittish dog will feel comfortable & there are no neighboring dogs to amp up their anxiety. 4. The location! During our stay, I let my oldest teenager walk to the beach by herself in the morning. She felt safe at all times, and didn’t tire easily. 5. The plants! While you can see the beautiful, well kept lawn…you have to experience it to see the butterflies linger and flutter about. Bottom line- if you are on the fence about this place…go for it. I have never been so impressed with a stay (hotels included), in all of my years adulting.

Teri’s cottage is very clean accommodating cozy comfortable with beautiful serene views…provides the peace I needed…felt like being back in the home I grew up….Teri responds promptly and is very nice with that traditional southern charm…the pets were an added bonus…loved that sweet donkey!

Such a beautiful cottage. Went above my expectations and I will be returning. Space was clean and cozy. Hosts communicated through trip and made our stay wonderful.

Tavas place was furnished in cottage fashion and well equipped with water and snacks. The bed was comfortable and the cottage was clean. The Location was just far enough out of town to feel like the country but less than 2 miles from Fredericksburg. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. After a slight hiccup at check-in, our host was very responsive and took care of all our requests quickly. The house was perfect for our needs and our dog loved the backyard. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay for our Round Top trip.

Pamela was great! She was very responsive and came up with resourceful solutions to anything that we needed. It was such a calming and relaxing setting. We made full use of the fire pit, fished in the pond, hiked on the property, slept really well and made a wonderful Thanksgiving meal in the home. Her kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could imagine needing for this huge endeavor. She even brought us a pumpkin pie! And left us some homemade cranberry sauce. Her kitty cat, Roadie, was super affectionate and befriended us and our dog right away. We were grateful to have that experience as a family.

Our family truley enjoyed our stay. A very peaceful getaway, the grandkids had lots of fun. Susan responded quickly to any questions I had. I look forward to returning.

This was a perfect place for me to stay while I was in town working. It was close to my worksite, clean, safe and relatively quiet. The first night I was there the neighbor had a visitor that had a dog that barked most of the night. When I contacted Randy and Shea they immediately began trying to take care of it. I believe they did every thing they could to fix the situation. The issue was resolved by the next morning and all was well. I would certainly stay here again should the occasion arise.

The location was very relaxing with access to a private dock. Birds, squirrels & lizards had coffee with us in the mornings. This was a girls trip to relax & rewind & we definately accomplished that. Our hosts were readily available but we did not need them so they allowed us our privacy. The nearby town was very charming & navigation was easy. The area felt safe & the air conditioning & fans were perfect for us. We personally did not fish but we saw a lot of happy fishermen- more of a fishing lake than beachy swimming lake. We would certainly recommend to friends & family.

Stayed at this lovely Airbnb and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful retreat. The place was quiet, cozy, and perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle!

We stayed one night and it was a great place! The kids enjoyed the outdoors and we caught some fish.

This was our second time staying at the Lake Cottage. My husband and I loved it so much the first time around, that we wanted to come back for our 10th Anniversary! Highly recommend!! This place meets our expectations everytime and is so peaceful and relaxing. Great place to unwind and getaway. The views here are beautiful, and Diane is an awesome superhost! She's friendly, and attentive to all the needs for your stay to be perfect. The Coastal/Cottage decor really makes the place stand out. it's cute and makes for a relaxing vibe! Will definitely be future stays! This has easily become a favorite spot of ours😉
