Lovely house with a swimming pool by the river Nene, at the edge of a small village with shop and pub. The house has beautiful views across fields and river, and is set in a landscaped garden, with terraces, decking, lawn for football / cricket with children, and a sunken trampoline. There are nice walks and cycle paths from the house. Cambridge is 45minutes drive, London is 45minutes from the nearest train station, and we are well connected to the motorway network to get to / from our house.

A hidden gem 4 miles from Burghley House and Stamford. Open plan kitchen, living area and kitchen garden with seating and barbeque. There’s an aga, wood burning stove and a workspace. The Barn is bordered by fields and neighbouring Casewick Hall, a 17th century private estate. It is on a quiet public footpath between Uffington and Barholm villages with excellent pubs and great walks beyond. Perfect for reuniting with loved ones, friendship groups and multi family holidays in rural England.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Many miles of footpaths on the doorstep. There is a heated pool open May-Sept and a tennis court. Please ask us regarding access. Check out our guidebook for things to do
