Vacation rentals with a patio in Stamford

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

We stayed two nights in this lovely, light and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal as it's adjacent to a large park, from which many walks can be taken into the countryside. Additionally it is less than 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The studio is immaculate and very comfortable. We found it easily. We had a couple of questions before arrival which were helpfully and promptly answered. Our stay was very short and we had no need to contact Richard while we were there. We would definitely stay again if they will have us!

Susan was very friendly and helpful great host beautiful garden to sit in the sun and town isn’t too far of a walk. The dogs was great to make a fuss of and very friendly we really enjoyed our stay if we came back we would definitely stay again.

Spacious clean ground floor flat. Very nice area to sit outside. Host very responsive to a problem with the hot water, which was fixed within the hour. Walkable to the river and on the bus route into Nottingham. Very satisfactory stay.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

Lovely setting and such a peaceful part of Rutland. Pub 5 mins away is a lovely setting. Would def go back

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

Sarma was very responsive and flexible with our check out when our train was cancelled. We loved how much space we had and were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Peterborough. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in Nottingham for a wedding and the house was very conveniently located. The house was clean and had all the neccessary amenities. Providing some essentials such as milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. Scott was very responsive and a great host.

This is a lovely home, located close enough to the city centre to walk, great amenities, exceptionally clean, everything you could ask for in an Airbnb, host has brilliant commutations and is a pleasure to deal with, this place gets a big recommendation from us and won’t hesitate to return one day. Sally and Clive's place was a great find. Very peaceful, open countryside and a lovely scenic walk into Crick. There are some great pubs in the area. Highly recommended if you want a break from the rat race.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great hosts and such an amazing place, thank you again for hosting us!

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.
