Absolutely lovely place. My second time here and it is just perfect. Amenities are top tier with clear instructions - we booked the games barn extra and had a lovely night playing games and making pizzas in the pizza oven. The house is extremely homely and cosy, with plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub and sauna are great. Love the animals in the garden. Lovely location for gentle walks and pub just over the road or a nice walk into the next village. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including some little treats, and even robes, extra towels, toiletries and flip flops etc. Really excellent home & hosts. Thanks very much!

Fabulous thatched cottage full of character & and in a great location for visiting Rutland Water. Very peaceful and easy parking right opposite. The cottage was squeaky clean and extremely comfortable. Sweet treats from the local bakery, fresh coffee and doggy treats were a really lovely touch. Highly recommend a stay at Bee Cottage, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic cottage and was a perfect base for us being away with a young family. It was like a home from home and has everything you could possibly need. Tracey gave very clear instructions so had no problems finding it and getting in. She'd left a few little treats for our arrival which was a lovely touch and the beds were so comfortable!! The area is super peaceful, would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Andy’s cottage, it is picture postcard beautiful and larger than the photographs depict. There is so much to do and such wonderful walks we need to return. Everyone we met was so friendly and hospitable. We visited rutland farm park which my two year old grand daughter adored and ate at the blue ball at Braunston which i can highly recommend. We also popped to Stamford to get takeaway pizzas which were so good. Thank you so much Andy for letting us check in early and check out later this really made our stay all the more special. We can’t wait to come and stay again.

Tracey communicated with us all throughout the stay, with clear instructions, and was super helpful all throughout too. We chose this stay for a quiet birthday weekend to be in nature, and have a bit of a break, and we felt really welcome. The cottage was both spacious but with cosy vibes at the same time! We loved the way it was decorated, there were so many beautiful finishing touches in the place - from the linen, furniture, decorative items, and the nature themed liners on the drawers (me and my friend both enjoy being really creative and crafting, and it was lovely to see the way Tracey's place was decorated from that perspective too) The garden was lovely, really kept out the wind, was nice quiet and private - a beautiful spot to enjoy the morning coffee and listen to birdsong!!! Tracey also provided flexible check in and out options, and breakfast items, and there was a bottle of prosecco for my bday too! SUPER SWEET STAY & HOST! Thanks, Minder, and Lindsey

I had a very relaxing short break in Susan's cottage. The space is even cuter in person than it looks in the photos, the decor is very high quality. The space is compact but more than enough for what I needed as a solo traveller. Susan was extremely responsive and welcoming, touching base each day to make sure everything was ok. I can recommend visiting nearby Belvoir Castle, Lincoln and Newark.

A fabulous property in a lovely location. The house was immaculate with everything you could want in a kitchen, big squishy sofa, comfy bed and a beautiful little garden. Rachel was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I have allergies and Rachel was so kind to clean with products I can tolerate, which I really appreciated. We had a lovely time and hope to book again soon.

A beautiful and very cosy cottage in a lovely little village. Elizabeth was fantastic from the moment of booking, really friendly and helpful. The hamper was a really nice touch and bringing treats for the dogs was very thoughtful, they definitely approved! Ample parking, very easy to check in. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. Reclining sofas, very comfortable beds, a great shower. Well equipped kitchen. The garden was perfect for our dogs. There was not one single fault with our stay and I was rather sad to leave! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much 💕

Family visiting for weekend. The Cottage was ideally located for visiting relatives (which was a perfect coincidence). The cottage was perfectly sized for 2 adults and a baby. It was cosy. Very neat and tidy. Lots of amenities all within walking distance. We were all very happy.

Absolutely perfect cottage in quaint Oundle. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay- big comfy bed, great bath, well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher plus a large lounge and sunny area for clear days. Gareth was very responsive and helpful. We spent 11 glorious days there- didn't need a car as everything was walkable and there's a bus to Peterborough.

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Stayed in Terns glamping pod. The pod was so private to say it’s in a group of them, no one is overlooking and had a lovely view of the lake. The pod was clean and cosy. The tv had Netflix already logged in for you to use and an Alexa for music too! Really did have everything we needed. Helen greeted us and was so friendly, showed us to the pod and we were left to it. Will definitely be back, had the nicest time! Thank you

Home from a 1 night stay with my partner for his birthday and our 1 year old. The cottage is beautiful and so homely. Gorgeous interiors as if from Pinterest. very clean throughout. The hosts kindly accommodated a slightly earlier check in. Cot and linen provided for the baby. The bed is super comfy. Hot tub very clean and private garden is lovely, with a little fish pond which our daughter loved to watch. Ideal location for a relaxed stay with an excellent pub a couple minutes away.

An absolute highlight were the beds... SO COMFY!! We also particularly appreciated the classy touches such as welcome basket (local eggs, fresh coffee, etc.) and the beautiful smells in the room from the reed diffusers, and the quialty hand soaps, shower gel, etc. Finally, thank you for such kindness in offering the flexiblity of the late check out to support with the Boston marathon that I was running on the Sunday - really thoughtful and much appreciated! Would highly recommend this AirBnb listing! :)

We had a great stay at Caroline and Roger’s Airbnb. Communication was extremely good. Fiona gave us great directions and gave us lots of recommendations on where to eat and go. Roger was there when we arrived and gave us a really warm welcome and showed us around our accommodation. Beautiful location, we would highly recommend staying here

Had a great stay at Marc’s place. Kids really enjoyed being in the outdoors and the location was perfectly close to Grafham water, Huntingdon, Brampton and local amenities. Cute little community shop within walking distance, great amenities within the house from washing to dishwashing down to bathroom facilities (q-tips, cotton pads etc). Loved the underfloor heating and the great shower also. Totally recommend

We are just back from a perfect weekend at Hawthorn Cottage. The cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Rachel was great and communicated everything we needed to know about check in and out ahead of time. The cottage was very comfortable and the log burner was perfect for the chilly spring evenings after a walk. We will definitely visit again soon.

Liz's cottage was immaculately presented and in such an idyllic location. It was such a joy to have our morning tea outside in the sunshine surrounded by Peacocks. Liz as a host was very responsive and the handmade touches (welcome card and hand drawn maps of local walks) we're a lovely touch. We had a lovely meal at the Chequered Skipper, one minute walk away and would most definitely stay again.

The most beautiful Airbnb that we have ever stayed in! We couldn't find a fault! The photos do not show how wonderful this Airbnb is. The hosts were so friendly, showing us around and recommending places to visit. The animals are super friendly too! I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! It is spotlessly clean too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
