Beach condo vacation rentals in St. Augustine Beach

Comfortable condo as pictured and described. Chad quickly responded to any question I had, both before check-in and after. There were a few minor issues/things I needed assistance with after check-in that he quickly responded to and resolved in a good manner. The location was wonderful-just steps away from the boardwalk that led to the beach. The condo complex was quiet and peaceful. My daughters and I had a great stay.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

We had a lovely experience staying at Creston House Beachfront Condominium . Karen, the host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made our arrival and stay seamless. The place itself was beach cozy and exactly as described in the listing. The decor was charming, and it felt like a home away from home. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to have coffee and prepare a quick breakfast in the mornings. The location was fantastic, incredibly close to the ocean. I appreciated the quiet nature feel , making it easy to relax to the sound of ocean waves. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for an incredible beach escape. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was exactly as described. The pool was relaxing and it was a short walk to the beach. There is so much to do in the area and great restaurants. Working with Toni was a pleasure as well. Great vacation!

This is our second year of taking a mid-winter break at Nicole's place on St. Augustine Beach and it was just as magical as our first. The place is spotlessly clean and provides all the accoutrements needed to deliver a great beach getaway (beach towels and chairs, washer and dryer, kitchen well equipped, steps to the ocean, comfy beds). We loved our stay and hope to be back again next year!

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

Michael's place exceeded our expectations. The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a week with two kids including beach chairs and beach towels. Michael was a great communicator and we are looking forward to returning. The complex itself is one of the nicer ones on the island according to some nice owners we talked to on the beach- they said it is much better maintained than many others, quiet, and very safe. The complex is close to everything we needed. All the pools were beautiful but the heated indoor/outdoor pool was absolutely wonderful for us and our kids- the temperature was perfect for April and the hot tubs with every pool was a perk. The beach was a super convenient 2-3 minute walk. People at the complex were quiet and respectful and it was a nice blend of families, couples, and retired people. I have already sent a link of the condo to my brother and a friend because it was truly the easiest and most relaxing vacation. Thanks so much!

Great location!!!! Plenty of parking on premises, and our crew loved the space. The beds are super comfy, the condo is stocked with all the necessities for cooking and beaching it. This spot was our favorite friend vaca thus far! Wendy was a great host! We will be coming to St. Aug every year!

Erika is a wonderful host - proactive, kind, friendly and thorough. She was fantastic! The condo was good - and depending on what you’re looking for, you may feel like it is great! It could use some updates and some maintenance (e.g., vanities have chipping paint, porch screen is torn, some towel are threadbare and one of the blankets had holes in it). But the complex is on the beach (about 5-7 minute walk), the swimming pools are great, and there is a cute coffee shop just across the road.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, easy to find condo. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Well stocked with beach gear including towels, toys, chairs, beach cart, and more! Our youngest loved swimming in the pool when she was tired of the sand. Very responsive host. We highly recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Wow, what an amazing location! Gypsy Palace is set directly next to the ocean — the sand is literally just a few steps away. You can see and hear the surf from the living/kitchen area — and what a beautiful sight! The cozy apartment was very clean and well-equipped. There was even a Keurig coffee machine. We also really appreciated the no-step access via the front door (to the single/ground floor unit) and the few steps to get to the beach — made it so safe and easy for our aging doggie … and us! The owner/host was super responsive, flexible, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look into staying here again when we’re in the area. And, many thanks to the owner/host for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This was a wonderful getaway for our college roommate reunion. We really enjoyed the flow of the unit and multiple places to sit comfortably to visit, talk, sing & dance and nap. The walk to the beach is not far but be prepared for stairs. The boardwalk has rails and a place to shower off & sit. We opted to wait to shower off just outside the pool because wet flip-flops & stairs don't mix well for women in their late 50's & early 60's. The pool was also really nice with steps to walk down into the water. There was almost always somewhere shady to sit at the pool if you wanted shade. The unit has two balconies and we enjoyed sitting on them each evening. Ana Maria checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and provided information on things to do. They were so sweet and left us a bottle of sparkling juice with wine glasses to celebrate our long awaited trip. AC works GREAT and shower pressure is FANTASTIC. I have long thick hair down to my waist and NEVER had any issues.

Perfect! Sophia was a super host. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and outlined in the description. It was everything I sought, and I loved every minute of my stay.

The location awesome. The complex is very clean, safe and well maintained. The pool was clean, the water was warm and it wasn’t too busy. The boardwalk to the ocean was great. We regularly saw several turtles near the boardwalk. The condo’s air conditioning and heat was spot on. The beds were comfortable. We had everything in the room for a wonderful stay. Jeremy, the owner is first rate. Super friendly and helpful. He gave us many tips for restaurants in the area. The leather furniture and tile floors were great for all my allergies. We had a nice view of the sunrise over the ocean from our room. I could go on and on.

Great stay. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach and a beautiful area. Easy check-in at the clubhouse and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and our kids loved the little grass space for running around as well. No issues at all and will definitely visit again, hoping this time without a hurricane coming!

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Mike and Aimee are wonderful hosts! Their condo was SO well stocked, they had everything we could need for our trip, the location was absolutely gorgeous, the amenities were lovely, and there was so much to do in the area. They made everything super easy, and went out of the way to make sure we were well prepared for the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

great place to spend some days

A great space with all the things you could need (even the makeup wipes, my wife very much appreciated those)! Very comfortable space with a great ocean view. Close enough to all that St Augustine has to offer but not so close as to be in the thick of the evening tourism. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the place to friends who are coming down later this year.

We loved your place. It was so nice to be able to walk out our back patio to the pool and to the beach. Beautiful views to look at from inside and outside the condo. It was perfect with the kitchen , comfortable King size bed and also the chairs, umbrella and other beach items were great to have. Next time I know what i don't have to pack.

The view from the living room and master bedroom is amazing. I’ve never stayed so close to the beach. I spent so many hours on the balcony in a comfortable lounge chair reading a book. Our teens enjoyed the beach and the pickleball court. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay in the location again.
