Monthly Rentals in Spring Valley

50s couple from England. Have stayed at this complex many times but this was the easiest and most pleasant stay we've had. If the biggest gripe we had was that the bed is really creaky, you can tell that there were no problems in this listing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were left tea, coffee and milk when we arrived. The place smelt great and was very clean. The mattress was firm (just right for us). The bedroom could do with a chest of drawers as we had to leave our clothes in a pile. The hot tub in the complex was regularly out of order. This was NOT the responsibility of the host, but feel important to mention as this happens a lot and is important to us. Hosts were friendly, respectful and responsive, and my wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had to leave early unfortunately but very nice place and host was helpful and understanding.

We stayed for a month escaping Seattle winter and working remotely and this place worked great for us. We don’t eat out much and kitchen had all we needed. I have also used the gym a couple times, which was always quiet and empty.

My husband and I were at Steven and Savannah's place a little over 30 days. It was clean and everything looked very new. Great landscaping outside and a cute little patio/seating area. It is in a private location but a short drive to many restaurants, shopping and groceries. Steven and Savannah are very responsive hosts and even helped me get the meal plan groceries I ordered. I would highly recommend a stay with them.
