Sammie and crew added a homely touch. Right from the day we booked our stay to the day we left they were available and willing to assist with anything. We thru a curve ball when, at short notice, our Daughter and her Husband decided to meet and stay with us in Vegas. It was a seamless transaction. Though the exchange rate just slayed our dollar (NZ) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and unequivocally recommend her accommodation and hospitality.

This was the best place- Mark went above and beyond communicating and sending recommendations! Most of which we used and loved Checkin was so fast, We had to valet everyday -it never took more than 5-10 min at the most and it is the easy entrance and exit to hwy Hotel is clean, smoke free and beautiful -marketplace has everything you need for any meal or snack and Starbucks. Restaurant and bar in lobby is excellent Easy walk to Aria, Cosmo, Bellagio and MGM park and the strip Now the actual unit is a dream and we will never stay anywhere else The view! Lay in bed and watch the fountains at Bellagio and the Sphere. And the family room has full windows/view of everything- but each room has blackout curtains when you don't want the full strip experience! There's 2 bathrooms, one just a half bath and one is massive -tub shower 2 sinks Excellent I can't say enough, it's a large beautiful modern amazing one bedroom, kitchen, family room with spectacular views and an awesome host

We truly enjoyed our stay. Greg was an excellent host who communicated and responded quickly to our needs and questions. The place was exactly as described including pictures so we knew what to expect. The location was perfect for our needs since we hiked everyday and went to the strip twice plus local restaurants and grocery shopping were close by. It was very easy to catch rideshares wherever we needed. We hope to come back again.

Great place for a family to stay. Hot tub was great! Pool table provided lots of entertainment. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay!

I was in a conference at Rio for several days but I didn't want to stay on the strip. This home was about 13 minutes from the strip. Loved having all this space and peace and quiet at the end of conference days for the same price or less than a small hotel room on the strip. Lawrence's home was impeccable. Great kitchen with everything I needed to make dinner meals and a large comfy master bedroom.

The house is in a nice neighborhood and the owners of the house welcome you with a bottle of wine and a nice message. Communication with John was very fast and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee and cooking supplies, utensils, dishware, condiments and in the fridge you will find as well dressings and other handy stuffs. They take good care of their house and to make sure that everything stays the same, they ask you to follow some instructions. For security reasons you will be asked to provide ID´s of all adults in the reservation; however, I understand that this is a new requirement for some hosts and it is pretty common in Europe.

We loved the property! It was everything we wanted. Beautiful kitchen, en suite bathroom and loved the modern decor. Having little things like dishwasher and washer pods, along with an assortment of k-cups was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house with so much space! We didn’t realize how many beds there were. We are close to everything walking distance and driving to the strip was very close too. Host was super nice and accommodating, thank you!

I was happy to find a place that would accept my dogs. There was poop in the back yard when I got there so I had to pick it up before letting my dogs out, that's the only thing I didn't like, everything else was good.

We we're able to enjoy the time with family, plenty of room for eating and sitting around. Never felt confined to a small space like hotels are. Had a few issues that our host immediately responded to and corrected. Thanks again Zohar for your attention to detail and professional service.

Great location, near everything. About a 5 minute walk to the new trip. Pat was very responsive and took care of any issues I had! Would recommend and stay again while in Vegas!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It conveniently accommodated all our need and easily slept 6 people. The host responded pretty quickly with our question. Overall, we would recommend and like to return soon.

Would definitely recommend Donna’s place! She’s very helpful and responsive. The room is very spacious with a full kitchen and two full bathrooms which is a big plus. Also it has an amazing view of the sphere! Thank you Donna will definitely be coming back :)

Place was clean, has all the amenities of a hotel, really appreciated the security and safety measures in place. You can only access the floor you are staying on. Bed was comfortable room has an okay view, and the price was great considering that same room was going for 500 a night in the same hotel.

It was a great stay. Sunset was beautiful. Room was clean and as show in pictures. They even decorated the room for our anniversary with balloons and gifts. Host was awesome 👍🏻
