Good safe location, staff at the location were friendly! if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Our room was very clean and spacious! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Sammie was very friendly and responsive which made checking in so easy as she also provided specific instructions. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Dario’s place was just as described and it was a welcoming and inviting feeling walking into the space.

Great place and location. With no casino on the premises it was quiet but within a few steps you were at a casino if you like to gamble, or the Strip for shopping, walking and restaurants. It had a wonderful view and Mark was very responsive to any of my questions. We have been to Vegas multiple times and this was definitely one of our favorite places to stay.

Ide is a great host. Loved the two bedroom we were in. Very peaceful area.

Rashidat was very responsive and a great host. The place was very spacious and clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC is quite loud though so had to turn it off during my work calls, and the community itself was not that great, but Rashidat was very communicative and resolved any concerns I had.

Had such a wonderful stay at Greg's place! Greg was super responsive to any questions I had! The apartment was as described, only a few minor updates needed as the the shower floors were peeling, but other than that such a beautiful place! Shaded parking was an added plus! The place was so close to everything, only a 8 min drive to the Ballpark and Downtown Summerlin! Was extremely quiet especially for facing the Home Depot, you really didn't hear too much noise! You can hear a medium amount of road traffic but nothing that was too bothersome! Overall had an amazing stay and would stay again!

I stayed at this Airbnb with my friends for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is close to everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which was great for relaxing after our outings. Stephen, the host, was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, making our stay stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great spot in Las Vegas!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! Large, spacious house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids played pool all weekend - such amazing accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook, large pantry to store everything. Already looking forward to our next visit to this house.

My family of 3 just stayed here and loved it! It was a perfect setup for us. Everything was clean and immaculant upon arrival. Lawrence's correspondances prior to and during our stay were helpful and appreciated. I also appreciated all of the labels in the kitchen and helpful signs providing instructions or clarity to things (keurig maker, general house rules, etc.). I should mention, the barn door in the kitchen that connected this unit to a shared hallway to the other unit in the house initially threw us off but it ended up being a non-issue. The other unit occupants were quiet and respectful, and so were we. Overall my family loved our stay here and we would love to stay here again on a future trip to Las Vegas!

The home was perfect and it fit all our guests comfortably, it was close enough to the strip without being in the strip there’s also a shopping mall three minutes away, which was super convenient overall great home to stay in when visiting Las Vegas

Had a great stay at Donna’s place. It’s a perfect place for an air bnb with all the facilities available. It has a very scenic poolside view as well. There is ease of access to the main Boulevard which is safe at late hours as well. Donna was a fantastic host, very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. The pool being open in December was an added bonus, as we were able to enjoy it a few times throughout our stay as well. We will definitely book this location again.

Great place! Very comfortable, with so many little details to make it special. Loved the tub and shower. The kitchen was great. We really enjoyed Palms Place, which was classy and quiet. We liked having the casino and other fun amenities just a skybridge away. Almost everything in Vegas was a short uber ride away. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Veronica’s apartment in Palms Place! It perfectly blends the convenience of an Airbnb with the vibrant Vegas vibe. The property has everything you’d expect from a Vegas stay—casino, pool, spa, shops, and more. Veronica was a fantastic host—super nice, communicative, and accommodating. She even met us at the property to show us around and make sure we were settled in. She also provided a lot of recommendations for local restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment itself is stunning, with incredible views that truly make you feel like you’re in the heart of Vegas. We typically stay at Aria or Cosmo, but this spot might just be our new favorite. It offers so much more space, including two restrooms (a total win!), and feels like an elevated Vegas experience. Highly recommend this place, and we’re already considering coming back!
