Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Spring Valley

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

Jenny's stay was excellent and matched our expectations for our stay in Vegas, and was in great proximity to our travels in Red Rock Canyon! The massage chair was an amazing amenity that our group thoroughly enjoyed.

The pictures truly didn’t do any justice. The villa was beyond my expectations and so were the host. This villa provided me and my guest with so much space and comfort. If you want a peaceful comfortable luxury stay this is definitely the place to book! The showers were amazing , nice pressure and gets really hot for those who love hot showers. I thought it was only 2 bedrooms , one upstairs and one downstairs but to my surprise there were two separate bedrooms downstairs , and a full loft area upstairs. The views upstairs were incredible, everyday waking up I see the Grand Canyon , such a bonus. The kitchen is equipped with literally everything you need and more if you plan on staying in the villa and making dinner at home . One bedroom downstairs leads to the pool area and the other has its own separate terrace so again LOTS OF SPACE. Any time I go to Vegas I’m definitely booking with this host even if this property isn’t available because they took great care of us and I trust them.

We had a great time staying there! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week of relaxing. We some trouble getting in with the locks but Anthony was responsive and solved the issues very quickly! I would stay again!

This place was great for 4 people. Clean, quiet and peaceful. It had everything you need to feel at home! The complex is so quiet and sooo close to the strip and shopping. They also allowed late check-out due to us having a late flight back home! Don’t hesitate to Book this place! You won’t regret it! I will definitely be staying here again when I’m visiting Las Vegas! This is a great place that was better in person compared to the photos and I thought the photos were great. This is a gated high end residence complete. I like the fact it is gated as it adds an extra layer of security although this area felt safe to me in general. The apartment was pristine, a very nice modern apartment, well equipped and spacious kitchen, a great desk and view of the mountains to work from if you want to do work. The common areas were really nice. Huge gym, swimming pool and areas to lounge, the building at the front end had nice spaces to hang out and watch TV, etc. They have really thought through how to make the space inviting and livable. Lots of little touches including some free snacks on the kitchen table. It was very quiet at night even though it was right beside the 215 freeway I didn't hear anything, so maybe very well insulated building and windows. Short drive to "The Uncommons" where you can find Urth Cafe and other things. Overall great stay!

Clean, Close to the Strip without the traffic, and amenities befit for the good price.

Adrian was a great host, very responsive! Studio was comfortable and accommodating for our one night stay. It was close to the strip and easy to find. Appreciated the extra touches like bottled water, charging station, remote controls for lights, fans and heaters, clothing steamer and more!

A great choice for those in Vegas wanting to steer clear of the Vegas chaos. Quiet neighborhood and easy access. Loved the little kitchen!

Great stay. Accommodates very well a decently-sized group. Very clean and nice. The location is excellent (less than a 5 minute drive to the strip).

Sandra’s place was exactly as described. Our stay was very comfortable, and convenient to shops and restaurants and a quick drive to the Vegas strip. The bed was very comfortable which is what I was hoping for since it usually takes a few days for me to get adjusted to not being in my own bed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but it was the quiet weekend trip that we wanted to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary.

We had a great time in Vegas. This place has a great location at a reasonable price. We traveled with a puppy and she seemed to like the place a lot. I really appreciate the host's detailed and clear instructions. I recommend this place!

Beautiful view from balcony. If your child is in Nevada for a sporting event at the heritage sports fields in Henderson Nevada this is a great place just a 10 minute drive to the fields. 15 minute drive to Walmart and an Albertsons grocery store. 30 minutes to the strip. Very large bathrooms and living area. Would definitely book again.

Love the place! The decor was modern and chic. We spent Thanksgiving and had all of the cooking amenities we needed. It was gated and we felt very secure. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely book again!

Great home base for our visit with family over Thanksgiving! It is close to all that Vegas has to offer. Great pool, too & we were sorry that the weather was just a bit too cool to use it. One thing to note, is that noise from the neighbors above does transfer down into the condo. Otherwise, a nicely appointed & comfortable place.

We loved staying at Greg’s place in the signature! It was spacious, clean, and plenty of room! Greg was quick to respond anytime we had a question, and he was very accommodating! We loved the egg swing chair & balcony! The hospitality closet is an extra added bonus! We will definitely stay at Greg’s place next time we come back to Vegas!
