Family-friendly vacation rentals in Spring Hill

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

The place was amazing. My family really enjoyed the pool and just the house in general.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

It met all expectations. Represented well by host. Near beaches, shopping restaurants . Great private backyard and tastefully decorated. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels provided. Host very responsive. Great heated pool.

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

Matthews place was the PERFECT place....they have thought of everything anyone could need and have supplied it in this home! It was very peaceful and relaxing. With the park right down the street, it makes for a great place to stay. Lots of places within walking distance, and they have let you know all the walkable places to go.

This place was a home away from home. The pool was enjoyable, private, and clean as well as the space around it. It's near great restaurants, beaches, and places of interest. We came for the D1 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship and the Amelia center was 20 to 35 minutes away depending on traffic.

Daria’s place is absolutely amazing! It’s so close to the beach, has a fantastic pool, has all the amenities (including a full-size kitchen with an oven) and gets wonderful natural light inside the condo. Daria provides all the beach necessities, and even includes sand toys for little ones. A convenient store is within walking distance, and there are so many cute restaurants and shops along the road near the condo. We truly loved our stay, and would definitely stay with Daria again!

Hands down my favorite AirBNB experience to date. I was SO happy to find the home was very clean and didn't have any chemical plug-in type smells when we walked in; just fresh. Loved all of the windows and gorgeous sunshine! Our family felt at home and cozy right away! Couches were comfortable for snuggling and watching tv/movies during down time (which I find is very rare in AirBNB homes). Pillows and beds were comfortable too! Kitchenware and dishes were in great condition and had everything I needed when cooking (which we did everyday except one night out for dinner). We had the luxury of walking to the beach -and back- anytime; so close! Was especially nice for the kids when they wanted a snack or bathroom break. Host was incredibly responsive to me even before I fully booked our reservation. We've been coming to Clearwater for 15 years and always stay with family, I am so happy we decided to book our own space this trip, it was AMAZING! Would come back again & again! Thank you!

We had a great stay! A did a little fishing, swam with manatees, hiked, kayaked and enjoying area restaurants.

My family and I had an amazing time here. The place was full of amenities and we were surprised with all of the accommodations. There was a pack n play for our toddler, toys put away in a closet, a high chair for him as well. The chickens were a nice touch, and the back yard was a true oasis. Definitely would come here again.

Awesome place to stay! Super fun outdoor space with plenty of seating, and as you can see in the listing, an outdoor bar/TV, hot tub, and pool. Diane and her co-hosts were very helpful, especially when we couldn’t get the hot tub working. Only thing to be aware of is that the roosters can get crowing very early in the morning. Excellent stay and would absolutely come back.

Had the best time here with all my girlfriends! The location was incredible and the views were spectacular! Struggled with the front lock a little bit, but overall a fantastic trip! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jades beautiful townhouse. We loved the rooftop area with all of its amenities. There is great and comfortable furniture, bed linens, extra blankets and sheets and the pretty beach towels were so much appreciated. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The decor is so tasteful and her instructions and communication were perfect!!! We cannot wait to return to Clearwater and Jades home away from home.

We had the perfect stay, from the accommodations to the location, our families were extremely comfortable and relaxed! The host was courteous and communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We even brought our boat, which was an incredible touch and allowed us the opportunity to explore the area by water, as well as enjoy a quick walk to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our almost-2-year-old for a few days and had a great time. The house was clean and smelled nice. We felt right at home. The kids’ toys and books were perfect and kept our daughter entertained whenever we were at the house. The pack-n-play was set up when we arrived, which was much appreciated after a late flight. There were tons of extra blankets and towels, including enough beach towels for a couple days. Linda was super helpful with suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Another great stay at Sheila’s bungalow!!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

Laura’s rental was wonderful! She had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, house was clean and very comfortable. The description matched exactly what we got when we checked in. She was quick with communication and addressed the only issue we had very quickly. We will rent her space again when visiting the area.

I absolutely enjoyed the stay and will recommend Alice and Becky to friends and family. The appartment was spacious and clean and the kitchen fully equipped. We had plenty of clean towels for the bathroom and the beach and there was beach chairs and beach umbrella available to us if we needed to use it. Alice is super nice and responds to every text in a timely manner willing to accommodate us in every way. We appreciated that so much through our two weeks stay. We would definitely would stay there again.

Thank you for a welcoming place to rest for a few days. There was a lot to do, including kayaking and games. We appreciated the little things like having ice in the freezer and a spare fan! The beds were comfortable. This is one of our favorite places to catch some rest and relaxation. We had a front row seat to observe the wildlife and it didn’t disappoint! We will gladly return for future adventures! Thank you!!!
