Condo vacation rentals in Spring Hill

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Fantastic stay condo is well equipped with everything you need me and my son felt right at home will no doubt rent it again in the future.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Fantastic location overlooking the 15th tee. Quiet area with nice sidewalks to walk. The pool was close by and really nice. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We ate only once at the Salamander Grill; had the smash burger and it was very good. The condo is close to Palm Harbor restaurants, Publix, and Walmart. So easy driving around. Timothy answered my questions super-duper fast. And I only had a few since the instructions were very clear. I would recommend this rental.

Fantastic place to spend the week. Location was close enough to attractions, but just far enough away from traffic and noise. Very nice complex with a heated pool. Condo itself was clean and very spacious.

We had a fun stay at this condo. The proximity to Clearwater Beach was superb; off the main road but we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. I liked the attention to details, I.e. soft throw rugs, spices in the cupboard, new leather furniture, Kleenex in bedrooms, shampoo, soap, etc. We appreciated the cotton blankets on the beds instead of just a heavy bedspread. The condo was comfy and spacious and nicely decorated. Beach equipment was provided. Parking was under cover. Finally, the harbor view was lovely and in good weather, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We hope to visit again sometime.

For our annual family trip, no place can compare to a trip to Clearwater Beach! Our stay at Wyndham was definitely one that we won't forget! The resort atmosphere coupled with a prime location made our family vacation perfect. With the beach across the street, daily on-site activities for both kids and adults, and a ton of dining options within walking distance, this visit to Florida was a family favorite. The staff was attentive and always willing to help! The room was beautiful, with modern decor, and was very clean. We will be back next year and we would highly recommend William and the Wyndham!!

Patti's place was amazing. spotless clean, lots of room, beautiful view of the golf course. Everything you ever needed was there from towels, cleaning supplies, bedding, all kitchen supplies etc. Hope to be back one day and definitely would book Patti's place again. Had a wonderful trip.

The view was absolutely perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and very nice! Loved it!!

The condo was in a nice grated location. Publix and a few others shops is right across the street and not far from the beach.

You can’t find a better spot with better hosts! Right on the water, exactly as pictured. It’s perfect for a group stay, and the hosts were *incredibly* accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

Brendan's place is awesome. Just like the pictures he posted. Tons of restaurants around the condo. Our favorite was Abe's bar and grill. Also 5 star pizza is the bomb. The pool was great, warm, and clean. Brendan communicated well with us when we had questions and was very helpful. The rooms were well decorated for a beach theme and was just in general a cozy beachie( is that a word?) place to stay. Cant wait to go back!

We just returned from a five night stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had many high quality amenities. The location is fantastic as it is steps from the beach. We walked to many local coffee shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Steve’s place for your next IRB stay!

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

I appreciated the secure entrance and 24 hour security. The bar/grill was convenient on days you wanted to say put. We loved the location - private but close to beaches and restaurants and airport. Everything was clean and a great view. Property was well maintained.
