Condo vacation rentals in Spring Hill

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

We had a great stay at William’s property. He was greet work with! Will book again for one next stay.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

The resort was beautiful and at a perfect location. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it and would come back. A little hickup with check-in as our condo had plumbing issues but the host arranged a hotel stay for us for one night and arranged a different condo for us for check-in at 11am the next morning. We were totally ok with that. We were promised an adjustment of 10% in price for the inconvenience but that adjustment did not happen. All in all, we had a great stay there. The motel resort was super cute. Nice pool ( although the pool toys could use a cleaning), bbq on premises and nice table on the dock overlooking some docked boats. Really a cute place.

Beaches USA Vacation was one of the most pristine and beautiful places I have stayed at. They are extremely responsive and some of the friendliest people to chat with. The place was immaculate and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking in the area. Everything about the condo and the amenities was in tip top condition. A lot of places within walking distances and you can never go wrong with caddy’s which is right next door! I will be recommending this place to friends and family and I most definitely will be going back in the near future!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

Small but nicely updated unit. Great for two for an extended weekend. Jimmy was a very accommodating host, making us feel very welcome. He provided a great tour of the property and checked in with us throughout our stay. Also the complimentary golf cart was a very nice touch. Will be back for sure.

Very nice place and very clean

Incredible hosts! They communicated and answered our questions promptly. The place is even nicer than in the photos, lots of gear to enjoy the beach.

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area. There were only two of us but it was large enough for a family of 4 to 6 very comfortably. We did not cook but the kitchen is equipped for everything you would need to prepare meals for sure. The pool was warm as I dipped in my toe to check it. You can walk through the pool area directly onto a private path directly to the beach. There was a blanket and beach towels setting for us. The forecast was for rain but God blessed us with 2 beautiful sunny days. 😍

Patti's place was Awesome! It was very clean, a lot larger than we imagined. The back patio area is so peaceful, and our favorite hang out. We are already talking about coming back next year, just want to stay longer. Thanks again Patti for being a great hostess.

After booking a different place that we had to cancel due to safety concerns we found this gem. The owners were so accommodating with our last minute booking. The place is beautifully decorated and location couldn’t be better. Our family really enjoyed staying here for the night. Great location steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. This condo had everything you could need. What a great find!

The place was great- very clean, exactly like the pictures, within walking distance of many restaurants and ice cream shops.

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

Albert's place fit the bill for my needs. I come to SWFL each Feb/Mar for spring training baseball and the weather. The apartment is in a gated complex with a responsive staff and amenities such as pool, tennis/pickleball and a small exercise room. The 3rd floor apartment afforded a nice view of the pool. The immediate area is commercial/residential rather than touristy but provides a lot of options for activities. The Seminole location is convenient to points of interest in Clearwater, Dunedin, and St. Pete. It's a quick drive to the beaches and to several ballparks. It is a short walk to Sprouts, and Starbucks. It's also a short drive to Aldi, Publix and a the Seminole Shopping Center.. I am a Planet Fitness member and I especially liked that the property was about 3 miles away from a very well run PF. I often visited Clearwater and St. Pete for the restaurants, concert venues, stores, museums and galleries. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!
