Susan is awesome, I’ve stayed with her in the past and came back again because she’s so kind. Her place is very clean and comfortable. It’s so homey I feel like I’m at grandma’s house. She’s got all amenities you could need. And we love her dog Lilly! Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

I cannot recommend J.D. highly enough! They went above and beyond during my stay. When my plans unexpectedly changed, they were incredibly understanding and supportive, even offering to drive me to my next accommodation late at night. Their kindness and care ensured that I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. The property was wonderful, but what truly stood out was J.D. and Pascale's exceptional hospitality. This was an amazing property for our two family vacation! We took advantage of all the amenities. The home was comfortable and extremely clean. Loved that it was on the canal and came with access to kayaks and life jackets. Hosts even sent a map for a neat kayak trail through the mangroves. My sister-in-law and niece rode the bikes out for breakfast. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub a couple of evenings and the kids LOVED the game room. It was a reasonable drive to Orlando for a day and very convenient for a day at Kennedy Space Center. We even watched a rocket launch from the beach at midnight just a couple of blocks from the house. George and Melissa were excellent hosts. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and even left us a few pantry and freezer essentials since we were arriving on Christmas night and wouldn’t have access to a grocery store until the next day. 100% recommend this property, and we hope to return ourselves!

We had a very nice stay with Jenice. The house was spacious with more than enough space for two couples. The pantry and refrigerator were well stocked for our month long stay. Our location gave us many options for dining out anywhere from 10-20 min. Jenice was always prompt to communicate when we had questions, offered local recommendations and checked on us often to be sure we had everything we needed. She is a great host.

Excellent accommodations! Bedroom, second room for TV viewing, bathroom right across hallway. Kitchen nice. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Convenient to location I was in Sebastian for (Softball tournament). Overhead fan and TV in bedroom. I would stay at Sherida's home whenever I am in the area!

We had a wonderful time at Jason and Gina's place! The condo is beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus some extras. The heated pool and nearby beach were fantastic. We loved our stay and hope to return soon. Jason and Gina were great hosts!

This airbnb deserves all the nice comments it has! Reality is better than the pictures (large room with nice decoration) and great attention to details makes you wanting for nothing (not even food, as homemade bread, fresh eggs and a variety of healthy snacks were available in the kitchen), plus Maria is very welcoming!

Quirky! Just like the pictures! Nice folks, great option to buy into dinners (yum), and cruise terminal-airport transportation was the icing on the cake.

Our stay was really great. Mark is always responsive to whatever questions or problems you may have. Very nice location. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Everything else is a quick drive away. There are chairs down by the water that you can relax on. This time I saw flying fish, turtles, and dolphins. The only thing to consider are the sounds of trains. We live near Conway rail yards which is the largest train yard in the United States so the sound did not bother us. Mark has ear plugs and white noise machines to help with the sound

This house is charming, comfortable and beautifully situated on a tranquil creek with Adirondack chairs for enjoying a relaxing sunset. The common areas are comfortable and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The weather was a little chilly and we did not get to take the kayaks out. We look forward to staying here again and hopefully enjoying seeing the manatees from the kayaks.

Elna and Frank are wonderful people and we enjoyed our stay. This was the second time we've stayed with them and we look forward to seeing them again.

This place is absolutely beautiful— exactly as it looks in the pictures, but stunning in person! We really enjoyed our stay in this private getaway spot. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. It’s a short walk to the downtown area, which has a lot of little shops, restaurants, and bars, and art galleries. And the historic buildings are really cool. If you want to go to the beach, it’s less than 10 minutes to get there. We loved how each of these units are set up. The amenities make everything so easy, that we didn’t have need for anything during our stay. The price is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place for couples, or for anyone who want to get away from their world for a bit.😊AAA+++
