We loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! It’s more spacious than it appears in photos and the setting is absolutely gorgeous! We frequently kayaked from the river in the back yard and loved the easy walk to the ocean from the house. It was perfect! Definitely wish we had stayed longer than we did. It’s the type of place you want to visit again and again! And Jennifer was very gracious, friendly and responded quickly to messages. My five-year-old enjoyed being there so much, that he cried when we left. He said it was one of his favorite places!

Fox has a beautiful piece of heaven. The weather was not great. If it was better weather, we would have taken advantage of the dock and the back yard. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Cute, private room in an excellent location, central to river, beach, KSC, Orlando, shopping, night life in Cocoa Village. Kat was great, very responsive yet unobtrusive. The unit was spotless and well stocked with necessities and extra items as well in case we forgot toiletries, etc. Would book again!

Corey’s place was great. I own my own property about 30 minutes north but needed a home base for myself and some guests for my bridal shower. I rented Corey’s place and it was perfect for the occasion. All of my guests raved about its charm and how nice it was. There was a strange neighbor, but Corey’s kindness and responsiveness negated any feelings regarding the neighbor. There were so many things to entertain ourselves with too. Overall 10/10. Would definitely rent again for another celebration.

A little late on the review but my stay was amazing. Cindy was very organized and prompt to communication. Her home is very clean and the pictures do not do the property justice. The view and peacefulness in the morning by the lake was better than I could have imagined. Thank you Cindy for opening your home to us, highly recommend!

Claudiene's place was just the perfect place fpr what we needed: rest and relaxation after long days of work and exploring the outdoors. We used the kayaks and had an amazing time in the river. We even witnessed a National Geographic moment when we saw a bold eagle take a fish from an osprey in mid air while we were in the kayak on the river. IT WAS AMAZING!!! The area has lots of excellent food options, super diverse, all within 10-20 minutes from her place. Really loved our magical time there. We know you will love it too!! Thank you so much Claudiene!!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Villas was absolutely wonderful! The beachfront location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo unit was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed: a kitchen stocked with essentials, a cozy living room, clean linens, and a balcony that became our favorite spot. Watching the sunrise with coffee from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. If you're looking for a relaxing, no-fuss beach vacation, Cocoa Beach Villas is the perfect destination. We'll definitely be back for another stay! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The house was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, offering plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The hot tub and pool were true highlights! The pool gets sunshine for most of the day, creating the perfect spot to lounge and unwind. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing beach toys, chairs, and other essentials, which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. Everything about this property felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

My family really enjoyed their stay at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table. Everything was just great. clean, nicely decorated, new appliances. No complaints at all!
