everything was awesome! we will definitely be returning to this location! the cabin was perfect! the hot tub was everything! and the proximity to the beach was awesome! Barry even pointed out that there was a rocket launch, which we were able to stay up and go see from the beach!! Thank you again Barry for letting us stay in your space!!

Everything was great, but there was a pan filled with oil in the oven and the coffee pot was dirty and had an old coffee filter. Besides that no other complaints.

We had a great stay at this cute unit on the Sebastian River. It was perfect as a home base for a week of fishing. The place had everything we needed. The best part was being allowed to dock the boat onsite so no need to trailer daily to the marina. Pam and the local community were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is in such a great location. Walking distance to most of the Cocoa Beach Attractions, including the Pier. Stayed in the Duplex, it was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

We re-booked this spot because it's a beautiful little spot that feels like you're in your own little private island just one block from everything to do in cocoa. there will be a third visit!

Colleen is super lovely and very accommodating! We booked with her again when we returned from our trip and Colleen was very flexible and allowed us to check in early in order to rest. 100% recommend Colleen’s place. It is very spacious too for a tiny house!

Beautiful and private tiny house in the back or the property. Very quiet, serene residential neighborhood. 15 mins or so to small cute downtown and 20-30 mins to Cocoa Beach considering traffic. Everything was great and the host was communicative. I would recommend.

The tiny house is super cute and clean. It smelled brand new walking in. It had everything you need including clean towels. The water got nice and hot for showers. I do recommend arriving during day light for its pretty dark being fairly remote. It was just me and my small pup so the space worked well. Bring a few good flashlights to help you if you venture out after dark. She does provide some kurig coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The surrounding neighborhood is nice. The homes are on several acres with dirt roads. I enjoyed taking my pup for a run. There’s one other tiny home and an RV, at this time, on the owner’s lot. She may be adding some more in the future I’m not sure. She swing by once on her ATV to check on me as I was outside, and she is very friendly. It’s kinda like a campground spot. It is a good ways from town so plan for that. It’s a place to get away. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful place and will be even better once things have time to grow and fill out. The home was perfect and had everything we needed. I can't wait to go and stay again!

Ale was very responsive and flexible with my check-in. The home was very clean and perfect for a quick weekend stay to support my daughter in her varsity cheer performance at Disney.

My spouse and I enjoyed this little tiny home the whole time! The resort offered wonderful amenities and mark is an excellent host who communicates clearly. If you want to have beautiful sights of Florida and have a private community to feel at peace in I recommend booking with mark. The tiny home was very clean and organized, with all the basic essentials. All stores and recreational things are not too far away with most being 30 minutes or less. We will definitely be booking with mark again!

We fell in love with this place, the place to stay was exactly as described. the outside\common area is actually nicer than the pictures it has a big gazebo, outdoor kitchen, table and fire pit. We did the walking farm tour and it was nice to learn on what they are trying to do with the community. The town wasn’t to far just 10-15 drive they have all the grocery stores (Winn Dixie, Publix, Aldi). We didn’t visit any restaurants but I saw there were some around the area that sounded good. We will definitely be going back here.

Our stay very enjoyable, peaceful, and tranquil. Anyone seeking a calming sanctuary for getaway I would highly recommend.

Jeff and Kristal came out to greet us as soon as we arrived. Very friendly and made us feel right at home. Our log cabin was off the beaten path and peaceful, just what we were looking for in a home base between adventures. Just 50 minutes from Disney, 1/2 hour to the beaches, minutes to Cape Canaveral. Mornings and afternoons, our son rode his bike around to visit with the horses and goats. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.
