It has a sleeping loft upstairs with a full size foam mattress and a day bed downstairs with a twin foam mattress. It’s on two acres, two lakes nearby great for fishing, boating & swimming. Sunday River Ski Resort is just 45 minutes away. The Tiny House has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toilet, shower, heat/AC & deck to relax on Please Note: No cooking in the house.

It's pricey but they definitely do make it a "glamping" experience - very clean modern bathrooms and amenities provided down to being able to buy fire starters, matches, and firewood from a self-serve kiosk. This is definitely luxurious camping and, although pricey, they do provide a lot for the money and waking up to a large window into the forest is always a plus :)

They have a cast iron skillet!!! I was JUST saying how more Air BnBs should have this and they DID! It felt like walking into my home away from home. It was so cozy and home-y with updated ports next to outlets, etc. Just what the Dr ordered. Great energy in this home!

This cabin was very clean, comfortable, and was just the right size to feel cozy but not cramped. We loved all the little details in this place; everything was as described, if not better. Megan and Ang are great hosts; they provided clear instructions, was responsive, and left us at peace to enjoy our stay otherwise. We (including our dog) had a great and relaxing stay, and would absolutely come back and recommend it to others.

My husband I stayed at Lydia’s adorable cabin. It was very private, clean, and comfortable . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub one evening and built a fire another. My husband kept saying how quiet and peaceful it was. I was also pleasantly surprised that there is actually a bed on the first floor and I didn’t have to climb stairs to the loft. It can comfortably sleep 4. The bed was Amazing! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting southern Maine.
