Fantastic Home! Loved the seclusion while still an easy drive to Sunday River!

We had a winter family vacation in NH and this home brought it's own element of fun! Our young kids loved the bunk room and lower level rec room. All of the adults were comfortable in the other 3 rooms. Large family meals were easy to cook, the dining room and family room with fireplace were cozy and spacious. Nights in the hot tub under the snow and stars were magical. The cabin received significant snow during our stay and Jade was super communicative about plowing. The plow company was quick and efficient. The location is awesome, pretty centeral to everything: Kings Pine for tubing and skiing, North Conway, the Ice Castles and Mount Washington. Jade was also very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

We loved our stay here!! The A-frame house is an amazing place with great amenities such as the sauna and a hot tub. The place is cozy and beautiful, Christian is an amazing host who communicates well and goes out of his way to make sure our stay is safe and enjoyable. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place :)

Great location just south of Mt Washington. Lots of activities to do and restaurants and local super market very convenient. Hot Tub huge plus after skiing all day.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay another year. We both work in the medical field with high stress jobs and this is the best place to decompress! Thank you for giving us the option of a late check out due to the weather. We will be back!!

Carly was an incredible host and very responsive. The cabin was gorgeous and very cozy with an incredible hot tub and if you turn off the outside lights you can see an expansive amount of stars from it! It was just steps away from mt Abram’s and a little over 15 minutes out from Sunday River. Perfect for a ski trip in a small group!

We had a great weekend with a blended family of young adults! There was hiking and visiting family also visiting while there! Great space and location!

Absolutely wonderful little cabin for my fiancée and I’s little getaway. He actually proposed to me here so it will definitely be remembered. 🥹 Sean was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the drain in the shower but it got all patched up after some instructions we had missed. Will for sure be back to stay in the future and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Thank you so much☺️

We had a great time at Mike and Nicole's, and had the perfect weather to take advantage of the nearby Nordic skiing trails at Bear Notch. The place was as advertised, clean, and with all needed amenities. Check-in was super easy. The bedroom/loft was a little cramped, but not a problem. Would definitely recommend for a quiet, nature-focused weekend getaway!

Aranka is an excellent host! Colby’s Cabin is always serene and peaceful. We got to bbq due to the nice weather and kept warm and toasty with the wood stove. Everything in the cabin was in perfect working order including the new propane refrigerator. We look forward to coming back again next spring:)

The cabin was wonderfully cozy, conveniently located and loved the fire pit and indoor fire place!! Kitchen is well stocked - happy to see a pancake griddle! Great place for a wintery getaway, minutes to both down hill and cross country ski locations and many great restaurants! We hope to visit again someday - so nice to be able to bring our pup too!

My partner and I had a great fall getaway here with our dog this past weekend. The cabin is surrounded by trees with beautiful fall color. The cabin was warm and cozy with the heater on, and it was easy to cook inside. We had great time sitting near the fire pit outside, and walking along the lovely trail to the dock. Emily and Matthew were also easy to communicate.

We had a great time at this place, all season is beautiful, we making memories there.

We had an amazing week at Steve's place. The cove is spectacular and it's a great place to unwind and connect with nature. We were even treated to the birth of two loonlettes during our stay! Steve is very responsive and kind. We will definitely head back again.

My husband and I had a great 3-night stay at Liz’s cabin. It was an enchanting place to spend a rainy long weekend with all the warmth and coziness that one would want from a cabin in the woods. As others have noted, the location is superbly private and relaxing! We loved sitting by the fire, having our morning coffee on the enclosed porch and walking the pond-side trails right outside the front door. The cabin makes for a great jumping-off point, too, for lots of great things to explore in the midcoast including Odd Ale Wives, Oxbow Brewing and some great eats in Damariscotta. We really enjoyed our time. Liz and her husband were awesome hosts.

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

This was the fourth time I have come up to Jayne's to get away from it all. No wifi or cable is what I like best. If you are looking for a peaceful digital detox this place is perfect. I hope to come back in the summer sometime. I will definitely be back next February.

We loved staying in the Papa Bear cabin for the weekend! The cabin itself was so cozy and cute. Super clean! And had all of the amenities you could ever need. The location is perfect - right in the center of town! Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, cute stores, etc. Loon Mountain is less than a mile down the road, with a shuttle that picks you up directly across the street. We decided not to snowboard this time, but we still took the gondola for a ride to the summit. The views were beautiful and they have a little cafe at the top for some hot chocolate. We also visited the Ice Castles while we were there (so fun!), and it was only an 8 minute drive from the cabin! Christina was so friendly and responsive! She gave us clear check-in instructions ahead of time. She lives on the property, so if we needed anything she was right there! A perfect little getaway! We are hoping to make it an annual trip! If you are considering a trip to Lincoln, look no further!! Thank you Christina!

This cabin was by far one of the most cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Everything was new and well maintained. The cabin had a very cozy vibe and was located in a safe area inside a camp ground. A added bonus is the host (Josh), who was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The perfect stay for a ski weekend at Sunday River. Thank you Josh!
