Lovely and helpful hosts from the moment we arrived until we were leaving. Lovely quiet village not far from Aberystwyth and a walkable distance to the beach. The caravan was very clean and felt very cozy, will definitely recommend and return myself. Thank you Terris 😀

41 Swallow Tree - Light and spacious Holiday Home

DaveRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Wonderful location for a West Wales break close to all attractions but in a surprisingly secluded spot so close to Saundersfoot. The views are spectacular and access to the beach is perfect. The on-site pool was great also. The caravan was perfectly presented with no defects and plenty of space for 4 guests. Would highly recommend Swallow Tree and look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future.

Beautifully renovated rural barn conversion.

JamesRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We loved our stay at Hannah's place. Lovely home, perfect for our family. The house is well set up with everything you'd need and really clean and tidy. Lots of things for our 2 year old daughter to do and play with and really safe for her too, stair gates, enclosed private yard etc. Hannah was very helpful with directions and providing things we asked for like a high chair and cot. The location is really peaceful and quiet and was perfectly situated to get to loads of great walks and other activities in the Beacons and surrounding areas. We would recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to the region.

Three Spaniels' holiday lodge with hot tub

Maria AubreyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our caravan trip was amazing and clean! We had everything we needed, and the hot tub and grilling area were a real hit. We also slept comfortably in the sofabed! It was so cool to see the sheep right outside the window, and which feels like they were greeting us every morning during our coffee. Miranda was super helpful and suggested we visit Aberystwyth, which we absolutely loved. We’re so sorry we missed the bar open, just a few steps away where the locals were having a great time. I love it that there were no complicated rules and instructions in house. There were also board games which we enjoyed! The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which was to be expected given the location, but we really enjoyed the cozy cottage.

Very nice cottage that is within walking distance of all local shops, pubs and restuarants. Easy walk to the Valley of the rocks. Tougher walk back from Lynmouth, but worth it. Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe beaches within a short drive. Lovely walks to Heddon Valley, Woody Bay all very local

Delightful holiday bungalow near New Quay

RebeccaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Pam - what a host! Always available and even dropped us off a little package when we realised we had forgotten sugar and lime!!! The Bungalow is gorgeous and is great for kids as it’s gated, so they can run around with no worries about them wondering off (our youngest is 2). Photos really don’t do it justice. The play area on site is fantastic and good for various ages. Access to a secluded beach - was easy to get to and not overly steep! The caravan park itself is incredibly well kept and is quiet. Hopefully we will be back soon!! Thanks again!

Slipway - On the Harbour (5 Bed)

The location was perfect, the house was spacious and as described. It’s an old building which brings some quirks like lower ceiling and squeaky floors but the bedrooms are big the extra lounge worked well for the kids to have their own space.

Breakers…Woolacombe seafront

RachelRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Beautifully decorated house with the most incredible views. Every night (apart from 1 as it was raining), we enjoyed the sun setting over the sea. The house was really practical for our family of 3, with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living area and two very good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The house is located no more than a 10 minute walk in to Woolacombe and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend the fish and chip shop in Mortehoe and the Sri Lankan curry from the beach hut on Barricane Beach. Julia was really helpful and great at keeping in touch if we needed anything. We would love to come again. Thank you for having us. x

luxurious 4 bed retreat with spectacular views

AnnaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
An outstanding location and extremely well finished property, with lots of thoughtful touches - even spare bowls for the dog. The house has a fabulous outdoor area and well equipped kitchen. Everything was very comfortable - the kids loved the big lawn and feeding the ponies. We enjoyed having a go with the pizza oven outside. Hosts Adrian and Mary are lovely and we loved our stay. This part of Wales was new to us and it has lots of pretty seaside towns and good places to walk and eat. We would like to return!
