Loft vacation rentals in South West Wales

Sheila is a wonderful host and the pub/inn were a perfect place for an overnight stay on our way from London to Wales. She welcomed us like a relative would welcome family for a stay. We enjoyed a tasty dinner in the pub when we arrived and also had a lovely breakfast in the morning before departing on our journey through Wales. If you enjoy the path less traveled and like a more rural experience with country hospitality, The Crown in Longtown is a rustic, warm, and welcoming stop. There are walking paths and sights to see in the beautiful surrounding area and Sheila and her husband can give you tips on what’s nearby. Sheila is a wonderful cook and you won’t be disappointed with the pub fare.

Seren Loft was an absolute little gem! Very quiet and peaceful and set in a lovely garden, it was so nice to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Also, Cynghordy is ideally positioned to explore this part of West Wales It was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean and was very well equipped and nicely decorated , Gill is an excellent host - very helpful and super friendly. She responded very quickly to all our queries and gave clear instruction of how to get to Seren Lodge. I would highly recommend Gill’s loft and we plan to return when we are in this area.

Lovely location. Very easy access to Pen-y-Fan and Brecon. Lovely canal walks (should have taken our bikes as we fancied the nearby Taff Trail too). Incredibly quiet at night. Perfect.

Spiro was very accommodating to my adult son and his friend who stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom flat for several months. Great location with shops and restaurants if you don't mind being a little North of downtown. The flat is very spacious and well appointed and perfect for short or long term stays. Spiro is very friendly, reasonable and fair-minded, and he made my son and his friend feel welcome and at home in Cardiff. A big thank you to Spiro.

Our family used James’ apartment for a short break, and utilised the access to the coastal trail for bike rides and good driving distances to the beaches on the Gower. The nearby beaches are suitable for short evening walks too. The apartment was suited to our family with a cot provided in the master bedroom and two kids in a separate bedroom. James also allowed us to use the garage space for bike storage which was very handy. Altogether a great place for a break and a good host.

The loft was an absolute dream to spend Christmas in with my children, directly above Whitchurch high street so lots of cafes, coffee shops, bakery’s bars and restaurants were within seconds walk, but still the apartment was private and quiet with its own free car parking space for drivers. Spiro was a superb host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I wanted to rent it forever! I would highly recommend this stunning Airbnb ☺️

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was lovely and relaxing. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen area was grand for my needs and there was privacy while also knowing that the host was nearby if needed. The people I met were very friendly and welcoming. And it was a really handy location. Alex was really responsive and helpful.
