Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Bruny

We loved our stay. It was a short drive to the sites on the Peninsula and the view from the house was stunning- I don't think the photos on Airbnb do it justice at all- waking up to that view is fantastic. The house was well equipped and we loved the heated outdoor alcove in the evening and the firepit. There are 2 well stocked IGAs within 5 mins drive.

Our stay was fantastic! We had everything we needed in the house and more! The kitchen was very well stocked and beds were comfy. Anna was very responsive and super helpful when we needed assistance! The view was beautiful and I could’ve spent all afternoon lounging in the breakfast nook watching the world go by if there wasn’t so many other fun things to go and do. We would definitely stay again if we were in Hobart!

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail made our stay extra special. Andrew was a great host, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

An ideal place for a stay in Hobart. Close enough to everything but in a quiet suburb. Very well equipped with lots of utensils, pots and pans. Highly recommend "Hounds Inn".

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Dean and Moya’s place. Beautiful, high end, spacious apartment with a stunning view of the harbor. Sitting out on the sunny deck in the morning was a great start for the day. We loved the heated bathroom floor! They were very friendly with immediate responses to the one or two questions we had and suggestions for restaurants we might enjoy. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time there.

The property was spotless, well-equipped, and had a lovely garden, plus stunning harbor views from upstairs. They provided excellent local tips and immediately arranged laundry when needed. Living upstairs, Wayne was attentive yet respectful of our privacy. Her personal farewell made us feel truly valued. More than just a stay, it was a heartwarming experience thanks to them exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended—we’d love to return!

An extremely friendly host with very clear, polite, proactive and easy communication throughout the process (before and during our stay). The unit is well located, a short drive to the city, salamanca market, great restaurants etc while maintaining peaceful surroundings. Once you're in, you'll notice some little thoughtful touches throughout the house which made the experience all that much nicer. Easy parking options at the house itself or on the street. It was a lovely stay overall! The only slight comment (and I'm nitpicking) is that if you're in the downstairs bedroom, you can sometimes hear the footsteps above, but that didn't really hinder our experience at all.

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

Such a lovely quiet and comfortable apartment close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to the Salamanca markets and the waterfront. The parking bay outside the front door was so convenient and being on the ground floor made it very easy to get luggage inside. James is a very considerate host and we would always aim to stay here if back in Hobart, it was perfect for us.

This was a return stay for us. We loved the unit for its amenities (especially toddler extras like portacot and high chair), easy access to the unit, great host communication and perfect location - step out into Salamanca :).

The location and the apartment was amazing and we felt very looked after by Roxy and Ambre. The apartment was very cutesy and has everything we need, it has beach views in one window and mountain views in the other! Kitchen is tiny but we loved preparing food in here. The only thing is the walls must be paper thin as we were having casual conversations with the tv on at around 9pm but we got frantic knocking from the neighbor (we thought it was an emergency!) telling us to stay quiet. We just had to keep it to whispers after that but overall very good experience and we had a lovely time.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place! The place had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed the multiple fruit trees around the property. The area was clean and tidy. The bed was a little creaky but was very warm during the cold taste nights. We would happily stay again as the location was awesome 😄

Lace House was amazing we felt right at home. Beautiful views from the kitchen and balcony! The host Jacqui was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which made our holiday with kids much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was included. Great place and will be sure to recommend to others.

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝
