Vacation rentals in Swansea

We stayed a week in this wonderful house, with its amazing spaces, that the 9 of us had no trouble to spread out and relax in. The photos do not do this place justice and the massive picturesque indoor pool was greatly appreciated by many, as was the sauna and the pool table. We had mostly beautiful weather and the stunning roses were in bloom around the house along with the the fuchsias and flowering gums. We were lucky to see a small Aurora Australis. We were very thankful for the beautiful "Welcome Hamper’ for the 9 of us. Jason and Katrina where great hosts, good with communication and attended to anything that arose during our stay. They even provided a cooler fan for one of our group who needed to be very cold at night to sleep. Thank you for listing this amazing house for large groups to enjoy!

Very beautiful place however it needs a bit of care and maintenance. Unfortunately the check in time of 3pm doesn't leave much time to relax and enjoy the surrounds especially for the price. There is limited condiments which is helpful. The beds and linen is very conofrtable. The host is very responsive and has detailed instructions, however might need a uni degree to work out the oven! Overall a nice place to stay with a short walk to a very beautiful beach.

Loved our Spring Beach stay. We did a day trip to Maria Island and stayed two nights either side of our day trip. The location was great, we could hear the waves from the house. We ate in both evenings to watch the beautiful sunset and enjoy the view of Maria Island. The house captured the view and the atmosphere of its location. It was stylish & comfortable with beach vibes and very well stocked. Will definitely return.

What a spectacular place to stay! Michelle’s place is both the perfect spot to get away from it all, as well as an ideal base from which to explore the Huon Valley. The views are magnificent and the house itself is clean and comfortable. We loved watching the changing weather over the mountains from the sunroom. We had a wonderful three weeks in Tasmania and this was our six-year-old’s favourite accommodation (because of the “up and down” bed). Michelle thought of everything and was so friendly and accommodating, even asking our son over to watch a kids movie with her grandkids (so sorry we missed it!). Thank you for everything, Michelle. We would love to travel that way again just to stay there again!

Lovely peaceful home with stunning views and a pretty garden. Nice quiet street so no traffic at night. Walkway to the beach by the house. House was bright and comfortable. Gaye has a flair with decoration and we enjoyed the art. Lots of things provided in the kitchen.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely and cozy property. It truly felt like a home away from home—quiet, comfortable, and nestled in a beautiful suburb. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host, who was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Susan's place is a lovely, vintage-y beach side shack. It is super comfortable and well laid out. Great backyard and deck, kitchen easy to use, with everything you need for a family holiday. In a great location - right beside the reserve, close to the beach and the local pizza/ice cream restaurant. We had a great stay!
