Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Australia

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Yass Country Retreat lived up to our expectations and was perfect for us as a base to explore the region. The property was clean, well furnished and stocked with many extras not always provided in similar properties. The hosts were very proactive and responsive in their communication making sure that we were comfortable and ready to accommodate any requests we may have had. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet but central place to stay in the Yass region.

The property was rural, and very quiet and peaceful. I stayed there for 2 weeks, but it would also be lovely for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. If I had a question, Julie was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was a a big plus for me. I also liked the fact that there was a nice barbecue out front. I used it once and it worked great! All in all, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Robin kindly accommodated our booking made at the last minute which we greatly appreciate. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we could have needed including a beautiful garden and outdoor entertaining space that we loved. The house is right on the beach and the sounds of the ocean and water view were made for relaxation, just what we needed. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to ammenities but away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely look to rebook with Robin again in future.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Had a fantastic time staying at Simone's. She was very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Communication before and during our stay was great The house was amazing with everything we needed and more. The little touches throughout the house made the stay very enjoyable. Great location close to town. Stunning house with all the amenities, very clean. Would definetly recommend booking. Worth more than 5 stars in my opinion.

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Was a beautiful home, everything was there that we needed. Was lovely being able to have our pets with us outdoors and know they were safe the whole time

Our stay was wonderful, perfect location and a tram stop almost right out the front allowed us easy access to city centre. As we were visiting a friend in the area we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at Wendy & Rachel’s place. Apartment was beautiful and clean and had everything you needed. Easy to walk to Salamanca Place and the docks area and Battery Point. It was a lovely touch to have fresh sourdough and gorgeous jams waiting on our arrival. Absolutely loved our time in Hobart and would recommend Luxe to anyone.

The place was incredibly clean and well-kept, with amazing views and a perfect location—everything was within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Our host was wonderful, responding promptly to any questions and making the check-in and check-out process super simple. Was a great place to base ourselves for a few activities we had planned while visiting Sydney, Sydney Olympic park was only 15 mins drive away. Jason’s place was clean and comfortable, accommodating for large families (there were 5 of us), it had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. I would definitely consider staying here again for future stays!

We had a great stay here. the host Manny was super helpful and quick to reply. the apparentment was small but felt big enough for the 3 of us. we took our 2 year old and she was safe to wander around the apartment and the pools and some are even heated so great for the cooler weather. I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment! Everything was perfect – the place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Nicola is an incredible host – always available, kind, and helpful with anything I needed. This was my first time in Australia, and thanks to Nicola , it was a wonderful start. The location is also great with easy access to everything. Highly recommend!

This apartment is really stunning and we loved our stay here. We felt really at home and the apartment has gorgeous ocean views and is beautifully decorated. There are lots of useful things there for you to use during your stay (such as a beach tent!) and the whole apartment is really well thought out. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was one of the most enjoyable one we have had. The apartment was so spacious and had everything one could wish for. The rooftop pool was fabulous and 360 degree views of the ocean were mesmerizing. Theresa was such a responsive host providing us with great local info.

Stayed for two nights — the studio was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great location, close to the beach and Broadbeach cafes. Great bed and good communication. A solid option for a short stay.

The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great stay with access from the warf and bus stops. Host was very responsive and made sure everything was right. Loved the proximity to several great eats and a grocery store. Will definitely be my first pick for the next stay.

Vanessa's place was the perfect haven for a couple of nights in Cairns. It is central and only a few minutes walk from the waterfront where all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues are! Every one of your needs in an accommodation are met. It is truly a home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean on arrival, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts Mel and Babsie were incredibly friendly, helpful, and super responsive, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out (thank you again!). The location was perfect, quiet, beautiful outlook and an easy (ish) walk (it is at top off hill) to both Hastings Street and Noosa Junction, with great restaurants nearby. Parking inside building and plenty more spaces outside on road. We’d definitely stay here again!
