We had a lovely stay at Janina’s beautiful place, a whole apartment for ourselves, with everything you could wish for. Also the contact with the hosts were very friendly, we would definitely come back - it was perfect 🤩

We loved our stay. A perfect spot for our family to spend a couple of nights. Great location for exploring Bruny Island and so much more. Ann and Bill were very friendly and welcoming. We especially loved getting to play with the puppy Huckleberry!

We had a lovely quiet stay at Richard’s place. It was nice to return to after a long day sight seeing. We negotiated the drive in our Kia without any difficulty. Richard kept in touch with us throughout our stay.

Nice, quiet apartment next to Sandy Bay in easy walking distance of the Hobart CBD, Salamanca Place, the wharf area, or Wrest Point. Apartment was very neat and tidy and extremely well presented. Nice little touches like motion sensor light in the hallway and toilet to help navigate at night. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, saucepans etc - everything you could need for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. Sally was an excellent host and provided all the necessary info in good time before my arrival. It was extremely muggy in Hobart during my stay (unusually so) and I was very happy the hosts had provided a fan in the bedroom. I used it every night of my stay. Older apartments like this one can be very stuffy during hot weather. A good addition to the apartment would be a reverse-cycle a/c. Hobart does get hot from time to time - and even in November, I would have used it during my stay to cool the bedroom.

This place was so beautiful to stay at for a few days. It had everything we needed, gorgeous views and plenty of space for 3 people. Would love to stay here again! Anja was amazing, I left my airpods and she notified me straight away so I could pick it up right before our flights. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Hobart!

Lovely unit that is clean and comfortable for our week long stay. Quiet neighborhood with gardens filled with beautiful flowers. 15 mins walk to woolies and 35 mins walk to the city center. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time in Hobart.

It’s a beautiful and quiet accommodation very suitable for tourist, was a little difficult to find the place to drive uphill for the first time, but once you get used to it you'll love here.

We had a lovely weekend. The house is clean, comfortable and has lots of little extras. We enjoyed the family games, and loved cooking damper over the open fire. The outdoor spa was a highlight and a real treat. Easy walk to the nearby beach and lovely looking out over the bush in the evenings while making dinner on the fire. Thank you. We will be back.

We had a great time at Coalmines escape. It is a big house with everything you could ever need in terms of furnishings and kitchen gadgets. A shed full of toys for water activities including wet suits, kayaks and SUPs was the clincher for us and occupied our 4 giant teenagers for easily half our time there. The location is beautiful and the view amazing. We had a peaceful but busy time. It was also really safe for the kids with the perfect environment (calm shallow waters) for less confident swimmers and those learning to SUP. Our dogs also loved staying with us and raced around having a lovely time. The hosts are proactive and organised, and gave us all the information we needed to have an easy (in terms of access and directions) and well prepared time (letting us know what we needed and didn't need). Thanks so much for having us at your airbnb. It is by far the best airbnb we've stayed at. Perfect for families and those needing to get away but stay connected all at once.

Nestled on the water's edge of a beautiful, isolated bay in southern Tasmania. This is simply a stunning location. Looks like a shack when you arrive, but the house is big and spacious with glorious views and room to play. It has a homely vibe with mountains of games and books for indoor entertainment. Comfy beds and a warm, cosy house. Great if you love cooking (lots of great appliances), but you need to bring in all your groceries from say Kingston or Kettering because there is only a little store nearby. Great for families or anyone looking for a taste of 'shack' life in Tasmania. We loved it!

Leo was extremely responsive and hospitable right from the very beginning. He helped to turn on the aircon before arrival as it was a very hot day and he checked back with us periodically to ensure that we were comfortable with our stay and whether we needed anything more. When we needed an extra standing fan, Leo was quick to bring this over. The property was immaculate, perfect for our family of 7. The table soccer game in the living room was a hit with my kids. The kitchen had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, washing machine and dryer were a bonus as well. Just one thing to note about the parking driveway - it would be easier to reverse into the driveway since it leads onto a main road. We turned head-in on the first day and had some difficulty reversing out onto the main road thereafter. The property is about 4min drive from a the town centre, with restaurants, Coles, Woolworths, Big W. We would definitely be back to book Leo's property for our next trip to Hobart!

Beautiful apartment just as described. Squeaky clean and very well equipped. Peaceful location just a few mins from city centre. James is lovely and a very responsive host. Definitely recommend his apartment for a stay in Hobart!

What a beautiful little spot, Kingston beach is such a wonderful little town. Beds were dreamy and the unit felt so cosy. The ocean visible from the window and short walk to the beach,local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s little flat. Great, peaceful location close to Kingston Beach and other amenities as well as to the city for attractions. We did hear some guests upstairs, but they didn’t bother us, or affect our sleep. Great value for money. And lovely little garden as well. Brian and Jessica were very responsive, helpful and friendly.

We had the most amazing stay at Costa and Coralie’s place. The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect - close to amazing beaches and downtown, the views are to die for, the kitchen and bath are well stocked, and the hosts treated us like family. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Great value for money stay in Kingston. Super close to cafes, shops and parks and only 10-15mins to Hobart CBD. Property was very tidy, inviting and aesthetically pleasing, would definitely stay again when passing through. Beautiful garden and entertainment area as well!
