Monthly Rentals in Simi Valley

This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

It looked exactly like the photos - extremely clean, easy to find, nice appliances, very hot water and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet. I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

A really great value for the area. Hosts were very responsive and attentive, and seemed to really care about making it a great stay. The unit is as pictured, and even bigger than I anticipated. The location is in a very nice, peaceful setting with nice views to unwind to after a day of exploring the area, or to wake up to, with a nice patio to have coffee and take in all the bird sounds. Speaking of, there are peacocks in the neighborhood and they are vocal. Personally, I really enjoyed their presence and their calls, and found it all part of the local charm, but they are a presence, no doubt. All in all, this is a private unit (below the residence) and for my short stay it felt private, I got a great nights sleep, and it was nice to be able to make coffee and breakfast in the am in the kitchen, take a nice shower, and feel refreshed to hit the road. The road getting there is very winding and hilly, as they mention, so getting their before it's too dark seems best.

We needed a place for six people to stay and be able to prepare for a family wedding. Everyone was happy with their space, and there was plenty of bedding. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were clean and modern. The garage was full of other things you may need for the beach etc. One would never need any more options for entertainment than was offered in this home. While we did not get to enjoy any of the fun stuff, such as the games and outdoor items, the backyard was exceedingly inviting with its expansive cement area that would have allowed you to play pickle ball or any other outdoor sport needing some space. Children would have had a blast, and there was plenty of furniture for everyone to have a seat. The price was perfect for the area and all that we had. The three queen beds were comfortable and we ended up using the futon type couch that was actually very nice as well. Everything was just as described and our trip ran smoothly.
