This is our 3rd time staying at Joseph & Kelly’s place! It is always a pleasure! They make you feel right at home and are willing to help with any need! We love this place and plan to return very soon!

Really really enjoyed my stay this is for someone who likes outdoors and unique scenery !! The indoors is really small really only to sleep and watch some tv the experience is definitely all outdoors it feels like a nature paradise! I would strongly only recommend coming if u can adjust to the outdoors and nature 🥰 only thing I will say is there are ALOT OF STAIRS LOL😭 but the host is very responsive and gives you everything you need to enjoy your stay 🥰 my favorite part is the jacuzzi and the hammocks

The Carriage house is locate on a fabulous property. You will enjoy your visit. If you have a dog the dog will enjoy the giant lawn in front of the carriage house. The grounds around the carriage house are beautiful. I will stay in Pasadena many times in the future and hope I will be lucky enough to enjoy the carriage house. The Carriage house has a microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. It also has a large screen TV.

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

The cottage style room was very beautiful. Checking in was easy as possible with no problems at all. Everything was as is and amazing. Seeing the beautiful garden through the windows every morning was a treat! I would definitely stay again!

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

My husband and I spent 2 days at Darryl’s beach cottage in Malibu. The house is beautiful and the location just amazing. It is simply lovely and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Darryl was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. After spending the days in a very busy Los Angeles, returning to the beach cottage was the highlight of our days. And we were very happy with the choice we made. There is a whole foods market just 2 minutes drive away. The beach is right in front of the house. On our last morning we had breakfast out on the terrace and a group of 3 whales passed right in front of the cottage! Such an amazing thing to see from your front porch! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

This was a nice little place to stay. It’s kinda secluded but very peaceful. I would recommend it to other people looking for quietness.

Very comfy apartment, Don is very nice, and the location is amazing. We felt close to everything. Could recommend for sure!

We had a great stay at Amir's place. We loved the citrus trees on the property and the fenced in front yard was perfect for our dog. The Nespresso Machine was a great surprise for us coffee lovers! The beds are super comfortable and we appreciated the window air conditioners for those warmer afternoons. There's a children's and dog park that is a 1 minute walk away. We are looking forward to staying here again when we return.

The Zen Treehouse was absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a serene oasis. The lush garden and inviting interior immediately set the tone for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The house itself was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of cozy spaces to retreat to for peaceful solitude. Everything felt high-quality and exceptionally comfortable. AJ was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and attentive every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay again!

Craig was friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a solo trip, and the location was quiet despite being only a few blocks south of the busiest part of Hollywood. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay here for a business trip!

Margaret was a fantastic host. After losing all our belongings, and our business in the Eaton Fire, we needed to recharge. Aside from the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor living area was our favorite. Our host prepared a delicious meal there, and we would recommend her food over all the restaurants in the area!

You will never stay in an Airbnb as beautiful or with a host as accommodating. Fari and Nina set the bar for what an Airbnb experience should be. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fari and his lovely wife Nina and made to feel immediately at home. We were lost for words for how beautiful both the location was and also the quality of the property's finish and all of it's contents (the kitchen is better equipped than our kitchen at home!) Fari went the extra mile to ensure we had the most enjoyable trip and were treated like family, as opposed to tenants, throughout the whole stay - whilst also ensuring we had all the privacy we needed. Fari ensured we felt settled in Malibu - providing local expertise and guidance to all the wonderful hiking trails and flora & fauna in the area and showing us the sites. Not forgetting the best daily smoothies! We are truly grateful to both Fari and Nina for having us at their home, and leave feeling like we've gained new friends for life. Until next time

I had a wonderful stay here. The instructions were clear and easy to check-in and any questions I could have had were answered quickly by Melissa. The Airbnb was quiet and manuevering around the area was very easy.

A very modern and private guest house! Joel provided very clear and detailed instructions regarding location on maps, Check in/check out , WiFi, and parking as well as recommendations.Upon arrival check in was super easy! Very clean and spotless! Location was also a big plus! Highly recommend!!

Chuck and Adrian were a great host. They were very easy to communicate and provided clear instructions. We absolutely loved the cottage - a very charming cottage in the Studio Village.

Was absolutely adorable it was a planned trip for my boyfriend and me but instead it was a friend of mine and me was very comfortable and cozy and overall a perfect little get away spot would definitely recommend it to my friends
