Stayed here for the weekend with my sisters and we loved it! Perfect location and clear instructions. The house is spacious and it’s nice that it’s a separate private area. Loved the pool and hot tub as well!

Hollie was amazing and we had a wonderful stay. Big thanks for the early check in and quick and thoughtful communication. Location was perfect and it felt very safe.

We stayed at Shannon's three times last year and once this year, so that speaks for itself. There are other places in Burbank to stay, but we have no reason to test those waters. I'm sure there will be at least one more stay this year. We highly recommend this location.

This is a really solid unit, perfectly appointed with all necessities! It is easily accessible to studios and downtown Burbank. Would certainly stay again!

Bryant and Margaret were the great host. Always very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly the same as posted - spacious for one (in my case), quiet environment, clean, had everything I needed. Would love to come back again one day! Thank you for having me stay!

We felt very safe in the residence and Randy was so accommodating in helping us whenever we needed it. The motion sensor lights outside were helpful after late night returns and carrying our 14 month old inside. The air bnb is conveniently close to many restaurants and a Whole Foods. We were in walking distance to the beach . Randy had some amazing suggestions on where to grab coffee and delicious food from. Everything inside the air bnb felt clean and easy to use. Randy provided some snacks and libations for us, which after long travel days with a baby it was very appreciated. The common area of the air bnb is so welcoming, we wish we were able to use it more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was a lovely home away from home .

Cara’s home was a wonderful respite for a week and a half while we remodeled our house and were in transition. We are a small family with three year old child and he was absolutely thrilled everyday to be at home playing with toys and exploring all of the games that Cara and her family kept. We especially appreciated the children’s dinner table set and all of the amenities were as described, in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the park was also an incredible bonus as parents, and it is safe and serene. We are so so grateful for this listing and for Cara and her family’s hospitality.

Great location behind a lovely Craftsman home in Pasadena. A stand alone cottage overlooking A beautiful landscaped yard. Brett is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Cottage is all new within the last few years. Very clean well supplied. One of the nicest we have stayed in. I would definitely book again.

Jenna & Pablo were incredible hosts. The house was well-stocked, clean and quiet. The pool was absolutely beautiful. Everything downtown was accessible within a 15-20min car ride.

Jennifer and Steve were fantastic hosts. We stayed 10 days as we were relocating. We eventually moved into a corporate apartment that felt like it was a significant downgrade. Jennifer and Steve were the perfect hosts, extremely friendly and attentive. Their place was immaculate and they did not leave out any fine detail. Location was great - walking distance to Downtown Culver City, the Culver Steps and even my office! Steve not only wanted us to love our stay, but the city too and made sure he recommended spots to visit and places to explore, even for our relocation. Couldn’t recommend enough! Absolutely stunning location and Alina was amazing and so helpful! Never really thought of LA as being the most scenic place but this location was incredible and a good location to get around from.

We loved our stay at Robert's unit. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, with easy walkability to lots of restaurants. The location also felt very central and within an easy drive of everything we wanted to do in L.A. This was a great value, and I highly recommend it for a visit to Los Angeles--we were very comfortable here in all regards and would definitely stay here again. One small note: The shower has a fabulous rainfall showerhead, but is very small and could pose a challenge to very large people or those with limited mobility.

Jayes and his family are the best hosts. They have become an extended family being at their place every couple of months for the past two years when visiting my children in Simi Valley is a blessing and joy. Thank you for everything 🌸🤍

I cannot recommend Philip’s place more. Philip went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great stay. He helped with our luggage when we arrived and was very accomodating to any enquiries we had. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the relaxing vibe. The surrounding area is really nice, it’s a 10 min walk to a Starbucks, grocery store and other amenities. Super comfortable stay and we would definitely book again if we were staying in LA.

If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is it! The host is super accommodating, polite, and very welcoming. The location was easy to find and the place was beautiful and very spotless. We will be returning soon. Thanks so much.

Everything about my extended stay was spectacular. Such a lovely space and in a walkable and peaceful part of town. I won’t soon forget the orange blossoms and jasmine! Anoush and Natalie were beautiful hosts. They made me feel so very at home and looked after. The bed is extremely comfy and the kitchen is stocked. Every detail was thought through to make the space feel like a home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great time staying in Alycia’s guest/pool house. I drove from Bay Area and arrived hours earlier than intended and she was more than accommodating and let us get settled in early. Jacuzzi was a god send and the lounge area was really nice to relax in in the sun

This is a gem. A retro Southern California pool and pool house nestled into the side of a heavily wooded hill. Quiet, but close to everything in the Studio City area, with easy access to 101. George and Jane are great hosts, communication was smooth. The only issue for us - the kitchen is very modest, apparently a permit requirement, so you need to plan meals accordingly. We have relatives in the area, and we plan on staying here again.

We were very pleased with our stay with Peter. The apartment has absolutely everything to live for a long time without any problems. We stayed for three nights and regret that we could not stay longer. There were no problems with accommodation, however, Peter kindly visited us offering his help. The description and photos correspond completely. We will be glad to visit Peter again. Translate to English --

My stay was was exactly what I needed, it was conveniently located close to the airport and near a work event I had scheduled. The place was clean, peaceful, and restful. I also enjoyed downtown Burbank and eating at the Smokehouse during my visit! Such a great location! Thanks for being a great communicator, the whole stay was easy start to finish.

I cannot rave enough about this stay! Work brought me to LA for a few days and my friend from San Diego took the train out to join me. The house was impeccable, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, and Lu was the BEST host. She made us feel right at home and was communicative. She wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. I will stay here if I am ever back in the LA area. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed staying here!

The stay was awesome! It honestly looked just like the photos. Not one time did I think that the views or house was underwhelming or not portrayed well in the photos.
