Highly recommend! My family and I had a great time!!! Despite the weather *Tropical storm, we stuck it out and made the best of it. Everything is in walking distance, the private access to the beach was perfect. Publix is a 4 min drive. Restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back 🥰

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. We had a wonderful Vacation!!! The place was amazing !! We rented bikes and got around perfectly!! The pool was so nice after a hot day on the beach!!

It was perfect for our family. We loved that sleeping areas were separate from “active” areas. So many options for outdoor seating. Large tables for both indoor and outdoor games and dining.

We were Barb’s first guests after the hurricanes and the townhouse was beautiful! She has provided lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Her place is close to many great restaurants as well as the beach. Barb was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. We would highly recommend her townhouse to others, and we’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay! The pool and spa were amazing…warm and clean. Loved the views for sunrise and sunset especially the rooftop! The beach was super close and there were plenty of chairs, a wagon and toys to play with! The elevator made it easy to get up and down and the kitchen was open and fun for the family! Can’t wait to come back!!

Our family of four stayed here for several nights during Spring Break. The property worked perfectly for our needs. 3 bedrooms upstairs an en-suite bathroom in ours and another bathroom as well. The second floor kitchen and living room were comfortable and spacious. We even enjoyed a little time in the screened in patio. One of the pools is directly across from the property, just 10 seconds away and has a hot tub. The second pool is across the street on the way to the private beach. The property was also equipped with a wagon, four chairs and some fun gear for the kids and us to play with in the water or by the sand. It was our first trip to Anna Maria island and we would love to come again. Highly recommend this place

Had a really great experience. Place is very nice, had everything we needed. Would recommended and we plan to stay at the same place when we are in town visiting family.

We traveled to the area for a wedding and stayed at this adorable home for 3 nights. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Plenty of towels, everything you need in the kitchen and smelled super clean when we walked in! Overall very comfortable spot in an adorable gated community.

Brandi was very responsive with all my questions. Her place was clean and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone.

Laura, was amazing to work with and responded to all our messages immediately. Her manager met us at the door as they were leaving and he carried up all of our luggage which was so nice! I highly recommend Laura’s place as the beach is directly across the street and the trolley place is located there too and they will take you all over the island.

Our stay here was amazing. 15 mins from most beaches and an easy drive. The pool and space of the house was perfect. Kaitlyn was quick to respond to any questions we had and made our stay more enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

The only reason everything is rated 5 stars is because we could not rate it higher! This place was absolutely fantastic. It was as described and so much more. Only a couple blocks from the beach on the gulf side of the main road and also across the street on the S end of the main shopping strip with Walgreens a 30 second walk and Publix on the "far" end only a couple of minutes on foot. YET when in the unit or at the pool it felt secluded - best of both worlds! It is one of 6 units so the pool area was never crowded. The stretch of beach at the end of the road was likewise not overcrowded BUT if you are into hustle and bustle, Manatee Public Beach is just a few hundred yards north. The unit was fully equipped with everything we could need - beach towels, beach chairs and toys and a wagon in which to haul them, and a gas grill private to the unit. My fear is we are now too spoiled: I can't imagine finding a place this good again!

Lovely place and stay! Host was wonderful and responsive, a bit of a drive to the beach especially with traffic but still a great time.

We loved this place! Such a perfect townhome for our family of four, perfectly located off Lockwood Ridge. Groceries within 5min, as well as restaurants, coffee etc. The house had everything we needed, well organized and very clean. There’s a large staircase to the bedrooms upstairs, in case that’s a consideration for some with luggage up the stairs, but for us it was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week stay!

Had a great stay at Javier’s place! Easy to get in/out and in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Was there for work and not at the place too much, but comfortable to come home to. Only negative was there was not much water pressure in either shower…lots of hot water though! Overall a great stay and would def stay again!

Clean and very well organized place, super cozy, I felt at home. I highly recommend this place. I felt at home, sensational pool.

Julie’s villa was absolutely perfect! The location was super close to the beach, the house was very clean and fully stocked. Would highly recommend! We rented a golf cart, went around town and did some shark tooth hunting. Great host and great property!
