Our charming 1 BR/ 1 Bath condo is a new to the rental market. It was formerly owner occupied. The property is in the Bradenton Beach area of Anna Maria Island. Beach is right across the street with deeded access. The pool is the largest heated pool on the island. Fitness center has newer equipment. There is a fishing pier which also works as a great way to enjoy beautiful views of the Anna Maria sound. Free trolley stop is right in front of the property. Washer/dryer in unit.

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Luxe Waterfront Resort Style Living at its Best!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

JD's place in Siesta Key was just as we expected - clean, a great location walkable to the beach and shops and very comfy. The staff on the property were very friendly and helpful too. This was our first airbnb experience and JD was extremely responsive to all of our questions, which made it even easier. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a homey condo for their Siesta Key vacation.

This was by far my best Airbnb stay yet. Lynn’s home is very beautiful, clean, family friendly. There was an issue with the television remote and she had it taken care of within the hour. I highly recommend staying with her. The pool and spa are so relaxing and good for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to book with Lynn again.

I gave these people a five star review, even though we never got to stay there. Unfortunately, with hurricane Helene, it caused us from being able to even access the island. These people deserve a five star rating for the communication they kept up before the storm even hit and letting us know as soon as they knew, that we would not be able to stay there. They went above and beyond with communicating! Hoping that things could be recovered quickly for them and the rest of the island.

This was our first time with Elena and we couldnt have been more pleased with our stay and experience. Everythign was as adverised and the communication was timely and spot on. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a large family get together. Pool and hot tub and the patio was such a favourite hangout. Bugs and musquitos can be challenging so try not to keep the mesh doors open for long when accessing in and out. 5 Stars for Elena

The location was ideal, just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island and close to Manatee Beach, along with other beautiful beaches further down the road. The host provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining, and was always responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this condo!

We were familiar with the area that was a plus for us. Communication was excellent, we were early arriving and sent a message and got a response in literally 2 min or less! This place is relaxing, quiet, tastefully decorated, conveniently located to the beaches, restaurants and not far from the Rays stadium. This is a safe location in south St.Pete. We recommend you check this place out.

We had a very enjoyable week. The house was very nice & clean. Overall, the pool/spa area was well kept up. We did notice some loose stonework around the pool, but it did not cause us any problems. Oscar was quick to respond to all questions. We would definately stay with Oacar in the future.
