This bungalow is a perfect little retreat for a couple or a small family. We would like to head back again this year; we had a restful and lovey time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bungalow in Siesta Key, and it was everything I hoped for. The location was unbeatable—just a short drive or bike ride to the pristine white sands of Siesta Beach and the vibrant Siesta Key Village. The bungalow itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a beachy vibe that instantly put me in vacation mode. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local restaurant recommendations.

Great location and perfect spot for our small family! Amanda was so responsive with any questions we had! We spent most of time by the shared pool with our 2 year old and she loved playing in the shallow part! Located within walking distance to Publix and Walgreens which was very convenient when we needed to grab something quickly. We didn’t have the best beach weather but it was nice that it was so close.

Kathy was very responsive to all of our needs. The space was very clean and included everything we needed during our stay. The beach was very walkable (even with a child) and the beach gear provided was great! In addition, we enjoyed two restaurants that were within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay again. All good things

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

Beautiful area very nice suite!

My girlfriend and I brought our boys down from Michigan to get a few quiet beach days in. This was absolutely perfect, not on the water but definitely close enough for me. We went to Venice and Siesta Key beaches as well as Nokomis.

Such a great stay, perfect size for what we needed! It was a great location, only a 5 minute walk from doorstep to waters edge. It was clean and well described. It was great for our needs this trip.

Jennifer was amazing. We had a booking issue and she worked with me until it was fixed and sorted out. She communicated fast and helped me out a ton. Place was clean and lovely. Will book again!

This is a great place to stay especially if the beach is your primary activity. The house was relaxing and the outdoor space with the pool feels like a personal paradise.

Yivonne's cottage was exactly what I was hoping for - a quiet, cozy, simple abode with the amenities I needed. Added to that was the bonus of an endearing aesthetic in both the cottage and the private little yard that has space for relaxing and a hot tub! Easy check-in/check-out, clear instructions, friendly host, great location away from the bustle. I highly recommend this location!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the perfect home base for our week in Sarasota - cozy, beautifully decorated, and instantly felt like home the moment we walked in. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was nice just not what was in the pictures. The pictures and the place were very different. James understood and refunded our money. The manager was rude upon arrival and told us that we should be letting our kids in the pool and not complaining that the pictures were different and it was not what we expected

The house is very cozy and has good amenities! The art is fun, the place was clean and stocked with water, and the AC is just what we needed. The washer and dryer work wonders for sandy towels! It’s decently central to a lot of beaches and events (~30 minute drive to most bigger areas.) The Village is very cute, but outside of the couple streets it occupies is very sketchy and I had trouble on a couple occasions with being confronted on the street while walking/stopped at intersections. It doesn’t matter who you’re with either, since I was with two guys at one point and still got catcalled. Solo female travelers/small groups beware!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The huge backyard and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes from the beach, which made it super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
