Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

My wife and I stayed at Kyle's place for a quick weekend getaway with our 2 young children and it worked perfectly for us! Kyle was very detailed in getting us check-in information and responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. The place was really clean and inviting. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with the family. The pool was nice and clean, and the water was warm! The beach was beautiful and also so close to the house that we made multiple trips each day. The market and restaurant area are also close enough that we were able to walk for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend Kyle's place for anyone looking to enjoy Siesta Key.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

Her brother is also incredibly kind and just added to the overall feeling of genuine hospitality. The home itself is brand new, beautifully designed, and filled with such a positive, peaceful energy that you can truly feel how much care went into every detail. Everything was spotless, cozy, and made for the perfect stay. And Sarasota? Absolutely stunning! Gorgeous beaches, and such a laid-back, happy vibe. This stay made us fall in love with the city even more. We’re beyond grateful for the kindness we received and cannot wait to return.
