Warm and spacious apartment, in a quiet area and very well located in the city of Perugia, which we fell in love with. If we have to find a small downside to this apartment it is the shower room which is small and not very convenient. However, we had a wonderful stay at Marco's apartment, who was always very nice and responsive! Recommended!

A dream location and an exceptional host! Beautiful apartment, perfect location in Riccione. Access to the accommodation was easy, parking space included, a real plus after a trip. But the real asset of this apartment is undoubtedly its location: being almost facing the sea is an invaluable luxury! Despite an incident beyond our host's control – work on the adjacent street resulted in a morning water outage. The responsiveness and involvement of the owner were simply remarkable. Beyond this unforeseen event, the apartment was charming, clean and perfectly located. We highly recommend this listing for an idyllic stay in Riccione. The location is exceptional and the owner's welcome is just perfect.

Perfect stay. Very clean apartment, comfortable, large living area, everything very well maintained and functional. Fabiola is very welcoming and helpful. Everything is as described.

The farmhouse is very nice, finely renovated in a beautiful bucolic setting that overlooks the green Marche countryside with a view of Monte Conero. Just 10 minutes from Portonovo, a wonderful seaside resort, the property is definitely pet friendly, dogs have a beautiful lawn in front to be able to stretch their legs peacefully. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast for a fee, because since they don't have a kitchen, they can't offer you eggs or other hot foods, but many accommodations have an independent kitchen where you can organize your own meals.

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Everything was great. The apartment was really clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
