Friendly welcome. House is very clean and has everything you need. Décor is stylish , no cheap stuff. Nice garden. Location very quietly located in a recidence. Sea is at 5 min. walking distance. Tip: Internet connection should be considered. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

we had great long weekend the house was as per description close to sea. The host was responsive and flexible. double glazed window would be excellent ! 👌 I highly recommend for families thank you.

The experience in this house is exciting. The location is great for reaching some of the most beautiful beaches of Conero (as long as you don't look for a solution directly on the sea, here the car you have to take it). The view is beautiful, in a predominant position from the lawn, you can see the entire coast. There are two large covered spaces outside the house, with a large dining table and the other with a lovely seating area. The swimming pool is not huge but very well cared for with a hot tub. The house is very comfortable with three bedrooms, a large living room and a well-equipped square kitchen. Everything is tastefully furnished but also very efficient. 2 bathrooms, with shower space and a shower (hot!) also outdoors. The landlady is an exquisite guest, passionate about her home and always present to solve any little girl who showed up (the power went out after a kind of universal flood that has overwhelmed the area, all resolved in a few hours). The only flaw? On the day of departure you will feel like you have to leave something of your own and you don't want to leave :)

Lorenzo is a wonderful host. Always helpful and fast to respond to requests and questions. The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet and private location. Only a short drive to to city of Ancona and also only a short drive to the many beautiful beaches on this coast

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

House is in a good location. Walking 25-35 minutes away from beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only water pressure in upper bathroom was not enough. We start with people: courtesy, availability, presence and applause to Silvia and her father who welcomed us when we arrived, also serving as a cicerone "explaining" Sirolo. The structure, recently renovated, we found it tidy and very clean equipped with everything you need, comfortable motorcycle beds and a notable plus the two bathrooms complete with shower. The lack of air conditioning is well compensated by the presence of fans. The location is fantastic literally a stone's throw from the square, then the availability of a parking space is essential and we really appreciated the possibility of taking advantage of an umbrella and two sun loungers at San Michele beach for the duration of our stay. In conclusion, a very positive experience and certainly to be recommended.

Every things was very good, we were so happy with the chose. Very good people they helped us very much. They gave us consultations where we can go. Very open people.

Very clean and spacious appartement. We loved our breakfast at the terrasse. 20 min walking distance from city center provided just the workout you wish for after a nice dinner. Dogs' barking was the only disturbance in an extremely quiet neighborhood.

It was a pleasant vacation, Francesco and his family were always available and kind, great communication, the house is beautiful and very large, the area is beautiful and the beaches and points of interest are easily accessible.

Great place to stay in Cattolica. Good restaurants next door on both sides, supermarket, beach and shops all very close by.

Everything was perfect, great place, highly recommended.
