We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Claudia's place was beautiful. so very peaceful and relaxing. clean, amazing pool and hot tub. Claudia was very friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for more. can't wait to go back!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We had an absolute blast at Giuseppe's. From the moment we arrived (3 am) he was there for us. He lives on premises and is available for anything you need. If you don't speak Italian, he speaks great English. He made great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, sight seeing etc. He has associations with several local restaurants and they took great care of us too. The local pasticceria/cafe is the best I have ever been to. We looked forward to a cappuccino every morning and the pasticcerie were amazing. The location is easily walkable to Perugia. You can take a bus to the outside of town and ride the escalators to the top, our son loved riding up the cable car. You can also just walk into town, maybe 15 minutes. There is also a close parking lot right outside of town if you don't feel like walking. Once back at the Villa, it feels very tranquil. Like being back out in the country. We've stayed at a lot of locations over the years and Villa Nuba was our favorite.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

Small apartment in a wonderful context, with a view of the hills around Assisi and a pool that we could not use because it was still cold. Inside as pictured, bathroom a little small but complete with everything and everything new including the bedroom furnishings and the kitchen. Great independent heating given the rainy and damp days. Roberta host present and responsive, recommended local restaurants and resolved a small issue in no time. I recommend it for those who want a quiet place outside the village, and with the Umbrian villages around Assisi at your fingertips! I would definitely go back.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

We only spent a few days at Maria and Giuseppe's B&B, but it was enough to make us feel at home. The welcome was warm, genuine, and full of attention. The property is taken care of down to the smallest detail, very clean and immersed in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Maria and Giuseppe are exceptional hosts: helpful, kind, always ready to give useful tips to make the most of the area and very nice. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great apartment and location. The terrace is magical! Panoramic views! Beautiful mountains and beautiful ocean. Short way to everything. Fermo is a beautiful town! Marche is a beautiful region! Chiara is an excellent host. She had made cake❤️ It was very good. What a spot! Recommended! Thank you❤️

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

For a stay in Riccione with our cat we turned to the Lungomare Residence and I must say that every expectation was well rewarded, excellent apartment as well as furnishings and attention to detail, excellent cleaning service and the reception staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. We'll be back.

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

Great villa! Location, pool, grounds and villa are a dream! Perfect for a holiday with two families. Communication was easy and everyone was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Great layout for us (2A, 2C, 1I) and a fantastic swimming pool. Roberta was lovely and we communicated via messaging app given language differences. Roberta and family were quiet in the ground floor apartment and the upstairs rental were equally nice. We barely had to share the pool. Great location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Assisi.

I had a great stay at Stefano's place. Peaceful, relaxing and away from city noise. He and his son Filippo were incredibly friendly, helpful and always quick to reply to any questions. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. It's a great area to be in if you want quiet - if you want nightlife, it's not for you. But it's great for day trips to Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Perugia and the surrounding areas. It was a little cold/rainy during my stay so I didn't get to take advantage of the pool but when it's warm, it must be beautiful. Thank you again!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

The house has a great view and was very comfortable for our family. We loved hiking in the area, swimming in the pool and winding down. Beautiful Montone is close by and Umbertide with all the necessary shops, a short drive down the hill.
