The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Excellent clean and tidy accommodation in a very quiet area with the sea a few steps away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Marotta is a perfect location for those who want to enjoy the sea while avoiding the chaos of the most renowned locations. Ideal for those with children.

Despite the delay in arrival, Stefania welcomed us very warmly and with a delicious wine in the fridge. She showed us the apartment and printed out many excursion recommendations. During our stay, she was always available and provided us with herbs and spices so that we could cook in the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very cozy and air-conditioned. The scenery is very nice and there are many old places worth seeing and delicious restaurants that can be reached quickly between 2 and 15 minutes by car. We loved our vacation there and we will definitely book there again! Stefania and her husband are incredibly nice.

I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Karla was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay . The apartment is very quiet and easy to get to . The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay . Also, the apartment is located in the center which makes it very convenient. If I ever come back to Perugia , I’d stay with Karla again.

Marco's house is in a very central area, close to Pincetto station. Convenient for those arriving by train but also for those who want to avoid the climbs of Perugia, thanks to the presence of escalators and elevators nearby. Fully furnished and matching the description, as well as very clean! Good communication with the host. Thank you for everything!

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

The stay was perfect. The apartment is in a great tidy, clean location and then the convenience of having the parking under the house. From the terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view. The host Alessandra was very helpful and excellent communication if you happen to be in Ascoli, I recommend it.
