I had a great time in Davide's apartment, like at home. Close to supermarkets, pharmacy and other services, 20 minutes walk from the station and center, with the possibility of bus. Recommended!

Marco’s place was a perfect stay in Perugia! I was able to cook food easily in the kitchen both breakfast and dinners, and it’s a super easy walk to Piazza IV Novembre or the minimetro. Marco was quick to respond when I had questions too. Highly recommend!

Despite the delay in arriving, Stefania welcomed us very warmly and with a delicious wine in the fridge. She showed us the apartment and printed out many excursion recommendations. During our stay, she was always available and equipped us with herbs and spices so that we could cook in the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very cozy and air conditioned. The countryside is very beautiful and there are many old places worth seeing and delicious restaurants that can be reached quickly between 2 and 15 minutes drive. We loved our vacation there and will definitely book there again! Stefania and her husband are incredibly nice.

I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

We only stayed one night, to break the trip to Puglia, we are a family with three small children. We had a great clean house with parking on the property. I recommend it.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

We had a really nice weekend. The place is surrounded by nature, between cultivated fields and gentle green hills, perfect for relaxing and getting away a little. The accommodation is very cozy: spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. Greatly heated, which is no small thing this season, the Wi-Fi works great. Raffaela was very kind and helpful, making us feel comfortable. We really recommend it to everyone and hope to be back soon!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

From the beginning, the interface with Mr. Mauro was very friendly and efficient, in this he was always very helpful and kind to answer any questions and the directions provided were very clear. The apartment provided by Mr. Mauro was extremely clean and comfortable, great for a quiet stay. This is my second time coming back and I'll consider coming back in the future. Also, despite being far from the center there are several buses that stop practically in front of the apartment.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Great host, always easy to reach and super helpful. Amazing neighborhood, just off the main square, yet really quiet. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and the renovated bathroom has a fantastic shower. Well equipped and in a great location with a super host.

The small agriturismo is beautifully situated in the hills of Mondavio. Our little house was a dream, very tasteful with beautiful views of the surrounding places. It is a perfect base for biking, seeing cities or going to the sea. Roberto & Tiziana are wonderful hosts, always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back anytime!!

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.

Fabulous structure in a quiet area and close to Assisi and Perugia... the lady and figkia are truly exceptional courteous and always available... fabulous rachele suites to be comfortable (there were 3 of us).

I booked this place the day before I left, a super successful last minute choice. Very clean and super fragrant apartment with all the comforts,from coffee capsules to hair conditioner. The sofa with TV and Perugina art history books have made our weekend a timeless stay. The mini-meter just a few steps from the apartment was useful and practical to reach Perugia downtown without any difficulty. Paul seemed to have always known her an available,empathetic host and everything in her apartment made our stay perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. The apartment is very close to the Plazas where you can find nice cafes and restaurants. We were able to explore the surrounding mountains and enjoy some beautiful hikes in Mount Sibillini National Park (about an hour drive to get to higher mountains and hikes) We had a small issue when we first arrived as the second bedroom and bathroom were locked but we were able to get it fixed. The apartment was very enjoyable and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
