I was in Perugia for four days. I know the city well and have been around for years. I used to live in my own apartment and were very happy with this accommodation. The location , the charming cottage, just everything. I will be happy to book it again and can only recommend.

Despite the delay in arriving, Stefania welcomed us very warmly and with a delicious wine in the fridge. She showed us the apartment and printed out many excursion recommendations. During our stay, she was always available and equipped us with herbs and spices so that we could cook in the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very cozy and air conditioned. The countryside is very beautiful and there are many old places worth seeing and delicious restaurants that can be reached quickly between 2 and 15 minutes drive. We loved our vacation there and will definitely book there again! Stefania and her husband are incredibly nice.

I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

We had a really nice weekend. The place is surrounded by nature, between cultivated fields and gentle green hills, perfect for relaxing and getting away a little. The accommodation is very cozy: spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. Greatly heated, which is no small thing this season, the Wi-Fi works great. Raffaela was very kind and helpful, making us feel comfortable. We really recommend it to everyone and hope to be back soon!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

I stayed on a solo trip, but it was a very comfortable and cozy apartment.The location is very close to the center of Perugia, and from the station you can get there by minimetro or bus.Great because there are also delicious restaurants with locals nearby. The owner, Antonello, sent us the details we needed in advance.I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in Perugia.

Very welcoming and thoughtful structure in the smallest of details. The place is perfect for both couples/families and those with dogs on vacation. The house is very nice and makes you feel comfortable as it has everything you need. The managers are very welcoming and always available to respond to possible needs. We felt at home, the added bonus is the large fenced outdoor space (in addition to a large specific area for dogs) that made us and our dog live a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.

Fabulous structure in a quiet area and close to Assisi and Perugia... the lady and figkia are truly exceptional courteous and always available... fabulous rachele suites to be comfortable (there were 3 of us).

We stayed in Paola's apartment for two nights and the experience was excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for exploring Perugia and the surrounding area. Paola was extremely kind and helpful, ready to respond to our every request with great cordiality. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and carefree stay!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!
