Magnificent stay in a modern, clean and equipped apartment. Romina's house, in addition to being beautiful and welcoming, has a pleasant surprise on the upper floor: a large and enjoyable terrace from which you can see the sea. The kitchen is modern and high quality and the walls of all the rooms are embellished with colorful paintings that we really appreciated. The added value is Romina, friendly and helpful. The parking space in the condominium garage is an additional advantage. We hope to be back soon!

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!

The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It feels brand new, super clean, comfortable and very modern. Centralized air-conditioning system. Mirabela always responded quickly and very kindly. Good place to park the car on the street, at least off-season. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need in the area. The sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. I loved the place. I would definitely go back. Thanks Mirabela!!!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!
