Cosy & Romantic Apartment with a Stunning View

BarbaraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! We will be happy to come back and fully recommend the apartment. Best regards to Antonija and family.

My Dalmatia - Sea view Villa Rica

FabiRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We were warmly greeted upon arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine – a great start to the holiday! The place itself was beautiful, modernly furnished, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large hot tub, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

EmilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Sea view appartment in Zadar 4

CharlineRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We spent almost 6 days in Zadar at Slavica & Petar's place. The check-in was already very comfortable, as we landed late in the evening and a late self check-in was made possible. The apartment invites you to feel good with its cleanliness and beautiful furnishings. The residential area is right on the water and the old town is about a 25-minute walk away. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance nearby. There are two beaches in the immediate vicinity of the property. A slightly larger beach can be found by means of a longer walk or a cheap Uber ride near the old town (Kolovare beach). Communication was smooth at all times and was always friendly. A real recommendation if you want to vacation in Zadar!

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

Apartman Step 1

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back
