The apartment was in a wonderful location and easy to walk to the platz, the farmers market and many restaurants. The place was clean, had a nice closet to unpack and enough room for our family of 4. The checkin was easy with clear instructions and the parking spot was very useful. We even asked for a fan, and it was brought to us the next day. I would stay here again and recommend anyone else staying in Munich.

A great place to stay, you feel right at home. Mike is a great person and host. He welcomed us warmly and we felt very comfortable right away. The place is superbly decorated. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and if there were any questions Mike answered them directly. We highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Munich and the surrounding area. Thank you for letting us use the apartment for the time.

Great communication and very responsive host (including providing local recommendations throughout the city when asked). The apartment was perfect for us - decently sized bathroom, kitchenette (including a coffee machine that was highly appreciated!), comfortable bed, and balcony with seating and even flowers planted which was a nice touch! The location was convenient for exploring the rest of the city but perhaps not in the nicest or cleanest part of town (however this is reflected in the price and we still felt completely safe whilst staying there). Thank you for contributing to our wonderful stay in Munich!

Great little place close to a lot of cool places in Munich. Hofbrauhaus is a 4 minute walk. the market is about the same. Lots of old history close by to tour if that's your thing. Great hosts. Helped a bunch with finding some places. Met us when we arrived which was great.

Our stay at hans was lovely. We were met right out front and shown all the amenities. It’s on a great block, 6 min walk from Marienplatz. There were tons of dining options and only about a 5 min walk to the train. The house was decorated lovely and would probably sleep two couples comfortably. Our 7 y/o slept in the loft upstairs (perfect for someone her size). I would definitely recommend .

The place is great! We felt right at home. The public transport connection is great, so you can also get to the city center quickly. There is a park nearby, so well suited with a dog. Overall, the place was very clean and well equipped. Will be happy to book this place again next time.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. It got a bit cold at times, but that was easily fixed with the heaters. Marc was really nice and very helpful, explaining in great detail the easiest and cheapest way to get where we needed to go on public transport.

A really amazing place! Very cozy and clean. The neighbourhood makes you feel as if you are on a vacation even if you go on a business trip. Very wuiet place. Furnished with a lot of good taste. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is also close to the city center I can say - only about 4km. Everything was great!

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.
