We come to Munich annually for SEMICON Europa and this is the second time we stayed at Christina’s. We felt right at home. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great living space to relax and get work done. The location is bar none! Walking distance to the Isar River and the Viktualienmarkt. We have our favorite local spots - check out Trachtenvogl for great food and drinks, and the Dive Bar for a fun watering hole. We hope to be back next year!

It is a great place in a very good location, close to the metro that goes directly to the train station, or Allianz Arena, or Oktoberfest, or the center of the city. It has a supermarket very close.

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

The apartment itself was a testament to Teodor’s attention to detail – spotlessly clean, well-ventilated, and bathed in natural light, creating a welcoming environment for our family, including our 11-month-old child. The amenities provided, from the crisp bed linen to the fully equipped kitchen, met all our needs and more. Teodor’s hospitality shone through his kindness and approachability, offering us complimentary parking and going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Cons: No fan during the summer heat, large windows lacked privacy, and an additional TV on the floor was a concern for our child. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was delightful. We appreciated the wheelchair-friendly facilities, the spacious balcony, and the homely touches that made our stay memorable. We look forward to returning to Teodor’s place and confidently recommend it to those seeking a ‘home away from home'.

The house is close to the subway, very convenient, the house owner is Chinese, very welcoming, cheerful, talkative, and a little "bold", haha, very pleasant living experience, and will come again!

Adi was super hospitable and his apartment was very clean with all amenities provided for a short stay in Munich. Close to the local Christmas markets at Weißenburger Platz and a nice stroll to the bigger markets in Old Town if you are looking to stay at Xmas time.

Benedikt is a lovely host who was really present for us despite the distance. His friend, who gave us the key, was really nice and gave us great ideas to do is Munich. Only 4 star on the pricing because we had an issue with the shower, which Benedikt handled really well and was independent of his will. Other than that, do not hesitate to book this lovely apartment whose host is even nicer and responsive.

What a wonderful place and a great host. He made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and was extremely responsive wherever we had any questions. Very comfortable home, we felt spoiled while we were here. Location is also ideal for anyone needing the S-Bahn, too. Can’t wait to return!
