Dear guests, Welcome to our small Boutique Hotel in Kaulbachstr. 42 in Munich. We have a total of 6 rooms and are located in an absolute top location directly at English Garden. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Museum Brandhorst, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc. The inner city is within a short walking distance.

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 16 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.

Shower amenities are arranged neatly on a wall shelf, including various bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A shower brush and a loofah add to the collection. The shower's tiles are dark, providing a modern backdrop for the organized items.

In only 15 min you are right in the center. (U2 u U5) Parks, good restaurants and beer gardens, a swimming pool and shopping facilities (groceries, pharmacy) are there.
