Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Family-friendly accommodation right on the beautiful Ammersee (about 50 m away from the jetty). The apartment is about 120 m² and ideally suited for a larger family. On request, it is possible to rent a second apartment in the same house, so that another family can be accommodated. Herrsching is optimally connected to the greater Munich area, the S-Bahn S8 is about 300 m away and runs directly to the city center or to the airport.

The apartment impresses with its high rooms, the beautiful views and its high-quality amenities. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The open-plan fitted kitchen offers cooking comfort at the highest level.

it is a new nice clean and spacious apartment. everything you could wish for is there. you're really private. Johann is very friendly and responds directly to questions. you are behind the track that ends in the village that absolutely does not bother you but can easily go to Munich. We slept wonderfully there and is recommended for those looking for something nearby.

We booked two nights in this apartment and absolutely loved it! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, everything you need is there! Transportation connection is simply brilliant!!! The only minus for me personally were the slanted walls, as the apartment is located in the attic. For my 1.90 m, this was a small problem. Otherwise absolutely completely satisfied!

The apartment is perfect, warm, clean, well equipped, you have everything you need for a short stay in Munich! It is super quiet, as it is in a backyard, but there are many coffee shops, bakeries and everything. Check-in was super uncomplicated, the apartment is easy to find, only 1 min from U2 Silberhornstraße. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again when I am in Munich.

We only spent one night, and it was perfect. We were able to get to the apartment right after we arrived. Adi picked us up and showed us around. The apartment is chic, very quiet and the balcony overlooking the countryside is nice and sunny in the afternoon. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, we slept very well. On foot, you are via the footpath to the Isar and across the bridge right at Sendlinger Tor and thus right in the center. For a short stay we can really recommend the apartment.

The place was very nice and it had a very good location, the s bahn station was 3 min away by foot and edeka was nearby. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. The place was clean and it had a very cute kitchen. Everybody was clean and cozy. The host was responsive and clear.
