Right down the road from public beach access. Great surrounding restaurants walkable distance. Overall great place to stay, would recommend to any couple looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

I genuinely could not have found a better place to spend the night! The place was so cozy and beautiful, inside and out. The bed was SO comfortable! Marilyn was so sweet and kind. Whitney and her home were absolutely amazing and perfect for our family get together celebrating a wedding nearby and a birthday grill out! Everything is brand new and extremely high end. The house was beautiful with everything needed and more. We loved the privacy each room/apartment had to offer while still letting us all be under the same room- so perfect! The outdoor space was AMAZING!! We never wanted to leave the house! The hot tub, pool, and outdoor kitchen were incredible! Whitney was extremely easy to work with, proactive, and extremely responsive to any and all questions we had and was so patient and kind to us. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more and have already talked about wanting to go back because we can’t imagine a better place to stay! It is all so well thought out and labeled and stocked with so many awesome amenities! Thank you so much for a very memorable trip Whitney!!

This is a beautiful Florida home, nicely laid out, very clean and spacious. The large screened in lanai provided wonderful protected outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in mid-April. Thoughtful special touches like coffee and cream made our stay even nicer. The location provides easy access for local amenities and travel. Communication with the homeowner was very responsive and pleasant.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

Perfect place for our quick trip. Host was very responsive and communicated well. She was able to answer all of my questions. The home was nice and in a quiet and safe area. Nice area to walk around the neighborhood. We will definitely rebook this place the next time we are in the area Thanks for being a great host

House was very clean and cozy. The location was perfect. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. The nearest Walmart was less than 5 minutes away. The backyard was super cozy and had a barbecue. The beds were very comfortable. House has all the necessities you might need for cooking/cleaning. Washer and dryer were perfect for coming back from the beach. Overall everything was perfect!

The home is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with most essentials. The mother in law suite downtstairs was a nice and helpful bonus. Gertrude Rentals were always available to assist when needed. Be aware there is a pool being installed in the backyard at the present time.

Wonderful quite place to stay. A few steps to the white sandy beach. Everything you would need for a great vacation. I would recommend David's place.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

We had a great relaxing stay at Sunset Nest. The place was clean and welcoming, so close to the beach and shops and a few restaurants too. The beach cart was a nice addition which the children loved. Eric was very responsive as soon as we had any issues. The nearby road was louder than expected but the flat was very soundproof! Only really an issue when on the balcony/in the pool. It was a lovely place to stay.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong! We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!

Great place - very clean and nice pool and easy walk to the beach. Comfy beds. Will def try to stay here, again!
