This stay was in the top 3 best AirBnB stays I've had. The beach was even closer than they described, the restaurants in the area were delicious, and the rooms themselves were even better in person than photos. When they say pet friendly - they mean it. There are fenced side yards to contain your dog's away from the common area, but the villas themselves are completely fenced as well. They also included a small pet kit in case something was missed in packing. The courtyard was exquisite. It was perfectly shaded, completely peaceful and our family had an incredible and relaxing week at the villa. Ive already given the villa information to anyone planning a Florida get away.

This home was as clean, if not more, than some of the nicest places, even hotels, that we have stayed at. Updated beautifully, you couldn't convince me that some of the work wasn't completed yesterday, it was immaculate. We traveled with our toddler, and Nancy already had a pack and play, highchair, appropriate sized life vests, and toys. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and spacious, we enjoyed the heated pool daily. Even on a chilly (66 degree) day, we still swam. A short distance to Tampa, we recommended planning to eat most meals in the Tampa area, as around Apollo Beach we were disappointed by the selection. Not the hosts fault! We would readily stay again, just would have needed to pick up more groceries to cook (publix is close!) or plan better for meals out. We enjoyed the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, the Manatee Observation in Apollo Beach, and even took a day trip to Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and look forward to visiting again.

This is a fantastic space for a larger group or family. It has everything you could need for entertainment, activities, and comfort. We were a group of eight adults and even found the kids beds comfortable enough to sleep on for the four nights we were there. The hot tub is great, and being able to grill out and sit outside in both a screened porch and on a patio is a bonus. There are three full baths so enough showers for a group. There is a Publix grocery store nearby and it is well located not far from the beach and other attractions. The host Samantha was super responsive as we had questions about how some things worked. She replied immediately and was able to resolve all of our issues in a timely manner. This is one of the best places I've stayed with a large group of friends and highly recommend it for both family and friend gatherings and reunions.

We had a fantastic stay at The Oak Tree House! Marangeli was the perfect host, from sending the check-in information the day before our trip, to sending messages throughout our stay to make sure everything was good, to sending a message about check-out the morning we were leaving. She was very responsive when I needed to reach her and got back to me within 5-10 minutes. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the backyard was like an oasis. The house was in a great location in relation to the places we wanted to visit during our stay (Fort de Soto, St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach, and John's Pass), so it never took us more than 20 mins to get to where we were going, and when we returned to the house, it was so nice to come back to a peaceful, clean place. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our spring break vacation so great!

Adorable, spacious place right on a canal. Ample parking, comfy beds, nice kitchen, two bathrooms and easy walking to a nice coffee shop and a couple restaurants. The only "negative" was that the wifi was lackluster, but the positives far outweighed the only negative. We'll be back!

I was really impressed from the moment I arrived. Everything in the apartment is nicely labeled and was well organized and clean. You can tell they pay attention to detail. There was a nicely done local guide, as well. The property feels like a mini resort - they’ve done a nice job with the pool/grill/outdoor area. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. After suffering 3 hurricanes, Englewood and the surrounding areas are working hard to put the pieces back together. We kept saying…..it’s “perfectly imperfect”. Every morning we got up, and immediately sat outside and watched the shoreline come to life. Loved packing lunches each day and planning adventures to all the different beaches. I was even lucky enough to find a megalodon tooth! We got up early one day and made it to Myakka State Park to get one of the few passes they hand out to hike to the Deep Hole! Yes, alligators everywhere!

Christopher was great we had some electrical issues and he was very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs. This home is small but has lots of spaces to lounge and relax or read a book. The backyard was great we had a small reunion with family and it really accommodated our needs. The bathroom could use a lock for the door and some tighting up of the bowl but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Great stay. Angelo was friendly and courteous. He gave several local recommendations for restaurants. The trailer was clean and organized. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger. Mind you I am not small (5'9" - 200lbs). but a larger shower would have been preferred. This obviously is not the fault of the owner, but something for fellow visitors to consider. The location is a dead end street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The hosts let me do my thing and they did theirs. I am glad I had the availability to stay in a travel trailer before purchasing my own rv. It helps with the decision on what you want or don't want. Thank you for this opportunity. ~Jenn.

A very enjoyable short stay in a cozy and comfortable camper. Jessica provided excellent instructions and information ahead of time, and the accommodation was very nicely furnished and had everything you might need for a short break. We would certainly stay here again.
