Jennifer’s place in a great location, easy to walk to Main Street. Jennifer provides very clear directions and is very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and there a nice park nearby. The property to colorful and cheerful. There is need for some upkeep and repairs but nothing that impeded our stay.

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. It was perfect for our family. We loved that sleeping areas were separate from “active” areas. So many options for outdoor seating. Large tables for both indoor and outdoor games and dining.

It is such a very comfortable place, very clean and organized. Instructions were delivered by mail and also in a folder, you can never get lost in or out of the house. The surroundings were also very clean and there are many nearby places to go for your supplies or to enjoy Sarasota. It was a shame we did not have much free time to enjoy the condo or the city. We will surely get back to Sarasota and hopefully with David. I recommend this place.

We were Barb’s first guests after the hurricanes and the townhouse was beautiful! She has provided lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Her place is close to many great restaurants as well as the beach. Barb was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. We would highly recommend her townhouse to others, and we’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great experience with Sheila! Her communication was always clear, fast, and professional. She was very accommodating to our needs and solved a problem we had in a brilliant and efficient way. We truly appreciated her support and would definitely recommend her!

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

The only reason everything is rated 5 stars is because we could not rate it higher! This place was absolutely fantastic. It was as described and so much more. Only a couple blocks from the beach on the gulf side of the main road and also across the street on the S end of the main shopping strip with Walgreens a 30 second walk and Publix on the "far" end only a couple of minutes on foot. YET when in the unit or at the pool it felt secluded - best of both worlds! It is one of 6 units so the pool area was never crowded. The stretch of beach at the end of the road was likewise not overcrowded BUT if you are into hustle and bustle, Manatee Public Beach is just a few hundred yards north. The unit was fully equipped with everything we could need - beach towels, beach chairs and toys and a wagon in which to haul them, and a gas grill private to the unit. My fear is we are now too spoiled: I can't imagine finding a place this good again!

This place had it all. A quick walk to great food, drinks, the beach and more. The sun rises right out back over the water and sets over the ocean. We enjoyed our trip very much. Chris was very responsive!

My family and I have rented in Little Harbour every year for the past 6 or 7 years and Angela’s place is at the top of our list. It was very clean, well appointed with everything you need, kitchen amenities were top notch. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and clear with instructions and answers. I would highly recommend this rental!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Sarah’s place for one night while we stayed an extra day after a wedding in St Pete. House was gorgeous, location was great, very homey. I’ll always recommend this place to anyone who visits St Pete!

Shannon was great. The house is as described, everything we needed was there to host a nice dinner for our kids who live local. She answered any questions we had right away. Our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. The house was so cozy and cute,the bed was great. We were very comfortable,We felt right at home in Shannon's place. We highly recommend her listing. Duncans AirBnb was beautiful. Honestly a perfect location. We were concerned before booking about being off the beach, however you're only a short walk across Gulf Drive with several access points. The home was beautifully arranged and comfortable from the moment we entered. The location itself doesnt get much better. Youre across from Holmes Beach, a couple miles from Bean Point and a couple miles from Manatee and Coquina Beach. Wish we couldve stayed even longer! Simply Fantastic.

what a beautiful condo. looks freshly remodeled with very comfy beds throught. The included private beach access with sand toys wagon and fixins for the beach! Will be closing this condo for future trips to siesta key!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and everything was as described. She even put out snacks and had water and coffee for us to enjoy. I recommend this place and will book again if we're in the area.

Slept our group of 9 (two families) perfectly. Property was exactly as described. Kitchen well equipped. Completely adequate beach gear for a day on the beach. So much within a short walk. There was some road noise from Gulf Blvd during the day. This is really my only criticism of the location. Overall, we had a great experience and Gerise was very accommodating and responsive.

Such a pleasant overall experience! The house is beautiful, just as pictured, super clean! Mar was a pleasure to communicate with, very responsive, she provided very clear check in/out instructions everything was a breeze. Would absolutely recommend! We are looking forward to future stays with when we return to visit our family. Thank you again for everything Mar !

My family loved our stay. The home was perfect, felt private with beautiful views off the multiple balconies with super comfortable furniture. The beds were soooo comfortable! We saw dolphins everyday at the swimming pool that was a short four minute walk and only 6 minutes to the beach too! You could swim in the water at the beach the week we went and it had a soft white sandy beach. The restaurant on the beach made for perfect sunset dinners. The pool was our favorite with the dolphin views, the community of people were so friendly and we made new friends everyday at the pool. It was great and convenient to have Hooks restaurant right next to the pool too! We go to different Florida communities every year and this one was a favorite! We will be back. Bonus points to Rob for his quick communication- if we had a question he would respond within minutes! Must have place to stay- book NOW!

The views from the duplex were lovely and it's nice to have kayaks available in case you have time to try them. Siesta Key is overall a gorgeous place. Betsy was easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!
