Apartment vacation rentals in Sarasota

We needed a place during our time of relocating and needed it fast. Since this time of the year is hard to find places, we were pleasantly surprised it was available. We had been staying in two bedrooms condos so to find a three bedroom upstairs was a huge win!! Our kids called it a tree house because it was above the canopy of trees when you looked outside. Owner was very nice and was very helpful with any requests we had. Good find! Recommend for sure.

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Great place to stay! Can’t beat the location (extremely walkable to local restaurants, the pier, etc.). Place itself was super nice, extremely clean, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

Very comfortable accommodations. Overall, great stay. Not as stocked as we would have liked (i.e. no laundry detergent or bath soap), but not deal breakers. Will definitely book again!

MARGARITAVILLE was a great stay! Very easy check-in process, friendly owners, lots of amenities including free use of beach chairs, coolers, carts, basically anything you’d need for a beach day. Easy access to the beach and so many restaurants and things to do in the area. This is an end unit so it felt very private with its own little tiki like patio. The bed was very soft and dipped oddly in the middle- we found it difficult to sleep in but it wasn’t horrible. The unit could use some cleaning touch-ups and mold removal in areas like the shower. Otherwise very clean- the sheets and towels smell amazing! One last thing- there is some type of bar behind the building that played music pretty late but it wasn’t too disturbing. It did not affect our stay- just a warning for those who are very sensitive to sounds at night. It would not deter us from booking again!

It was an amazing stay! Milan was super fast at communicating, efficient, and the place was spotless. We had a great time!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

We all had an amazing time staying at Transfer's Haven. The AirBnB was super easy to locate, get inside, and matched the description. The space itself was super clean and accommodating, and the area was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..

Only stayed one night but it was a great stay and I would’ve stayed longer if I could’ve! Will def be coming back when I see shows in the area! Place was clean, comfy and well stocked! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kurt’s condo! The hosts went extremely helpful and responsive. The condo was spotless with comfy beds and nice linens. We had everything we needed for our beach stay! I will note there is an ice machine on the bottom floor which was a nice surprise. We were happy with the provided wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and cooler! There are cabanas for rent on the beach which are cash only and completely worth it!! John’s pass is walkable but a little far. We rented a golf cart and that was awesome! The walk from the condo to the beach is very easy and convenient. The view from the balcony is amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at Gumbo Limbo Island Suite! Our place was newly renovated, clean & modern. The kitchen was bright, open & spacious. We had plenty of room to relax & enjoy meals. Our bedrooms were also super spacious & clean. It was so great to have 2 full bathrooms. The property is truly right across the street from SK beach so we enjoyed sunsets every night! We also had an easy walk into the village everyday. Excellent location. The reservation system was easy & effortless. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

JoJo was an excellent host - the unit was spotless...super easy to access. I will be checking JoJo's availability for my next Tampa trip.....

You could not get any closer to John's Pass with tons of shops and restaurants. Everything was walkable, the perfect location. Beach access right across the street and the bay right in the back yard. There was beach equipment ready to use for a day by in the sand. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I have experienced in Air BNBs. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay at John’s AirBnB. It was very conveniently located a short drive from Nathan Benderson Park where we were watching a rowing regatta. There were many restaurants and shops nearby including a grocery store and a Walgreens. The complex where the AirBnB is located is lovely. The pool is large with many lounge chairs to relax on. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again on a return trip.

Fantastic weekend stay. Everything we needed. Great location to walk to town to enjoy the shops, food, and views. We'd definitely stay again
