Monthly Rentals in Santa Maria

Donna was a great host! She was very accommodating and had great communication. She even wrote a little birthday sign for me which I thought was sweet. The home was just as described and everyone in my group enjoyed it's cozy charm, as well as the neighborhood in general. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting to explore surrounding areas. Overall I'm glad we chose to stay here!

The airbnb is as described in the post. It was clean and easy to check in. Area felt safe, and David was very communicative. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans and spatula so you could easily cook if you wanted to. I do want to mention that the couch and bed are very soft, which I don't prefer, but that's just my personal preference. The airbnb was walkable to the Pismo state beach, but the beach does not have any walking path and has a lot of RTV rental vehicles. Because of that, I didn't end up spending much time at the beach.

Beautiful place so relaxing

I have relocated to the area for work and had been staying in hotels for a couple of weeks. Clarence’s accommodation was quite the respite. The place is small but very functional. I stayed for a month and felt at home. Clarence was a great host and the area was fantastic. An EZ mile walk will take you shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
