Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Maria

Very nice spacious living quarters. Comfortable furniture, nice amenities, feels just like home. We needed a place to stay to visit the wine region, but the home itself turned into part of our vacation that we wanted to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked well and we never fell short on dishes, pots & pans or utensils. David was a wonderful host, was a great responsive communicator and took time to chat and make sure we were comfortable. This is great find, don't hesitate on this one.

The location was great! Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. It's also a great set up for families. I didn't bring my family this time so I didn't take advantage of all that. I came to visit my daughter and use the space as a writing retreat and it worked perfect for that purpose.

Place is great! Nice area to walk, lots of trails. Comfortable and east to have a dog with us. Enjoyed owners art on the wall. Thank you, would stay again.

The house was lovely and we enjoyed the setting, being surrounded by fields and animals! While it is away from downtown Pismo Beach, everything is very accessible and within a short car ride. There is lots to do in the area and we appreciated Laurie's recommendations for lovely wineries and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was very clean. As previously mentioned the barn doors to the Jack and Jill bathroom do not offer a ton of privacy (not a problem for us as it was just my kids sharing the bathroom). There is also another rental on the property, but it didn't have any impact on our stay. We would definitely return, if we are in the area again! Thank you, Laurie!

Great house and location is perfect for our crew. James is great yo work with and the house is clean very comfortable.

We had a great time. Every night some of us watched movies and others spent the evening in the hot tub on the roof, stargazing. We were truly bummed when we had to go home. We had a couple issues pop up and Debbie and Jeffrey were very responsive and took our concerns seriously. We loved it here. 2nd time we have been here and will be our only option when we visit Avila again.

Tyler's place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing is that the yard is not fenced in so we had to keep our dog on a leash when outside. There was even a hot air balloon that took off right across the field out back! The game room in the barn was so neat with comfy chairs, big screen tv and a bumper pool table. It only took about 30 mins to get to Solvang so we went multiple times. Very cool fire pit to relax at night. Would stay again!

Easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had over the years, with its many thoughtful extras, modern updates that added to the fun and being stocked with everything we could want and more! My kids especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, toys and hillside view. My husband and I enjoyed all these and the espresso machine!! The location was perfect for us being very near all of the 5 cities but more peaceful than the touristy areas. Thank you Julie and John for a wonderful stay.

Davins place was a fantastic location, sea otters and sea lions right at the dock. His place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds and living room.

We love staying at Matt and Toni's place because it's clean, spacious, well-appointed, and the location and view cannot be beat. Excellent value for the money too. It's so much nicer than a hotel.

Fun, spacious stay! The one bedroom with a pullout couch in the living room provided a good amount of space for our family of 5 (one infant). Our kids really enjoyed the board games included. The beach toys and chairs were a nice amenity too. One downside was that the space was a tad dusty. All in all, we had a great stay, and the location was super convenient to accessing all of Grover Beach and Pismo Beach.

This place was so beautiful and very peaceful and a much needed pleasant getaway for after the busy holidays! We had an amazing time we definitely would love to stay here again! thank you Bill and Paula!

Nice two bedroom place located 5 minutes from Monarch Dunes and Blacklake golf courses and 10 minutes from Cypress Ridge golf course.

We very much appreciated being able to stay in Christina's home last week. The room was welcoming, the bed was super cozy and we slept well. The shades kept the room plenty dark for sleeping in, too. The bathroom was spacious, tidy and the shower pleasant. Even though you're staying in the tack room of a working horse barn, the smell of horses didn't permeate the space and we weren't woken up super early with animal care, either. The only issue we had was the heater not working on the first night, but it was addressed by the next morning. We appreciated Christina's flexibility and would love to stay here again in the future (our daughter attends school nearby).

The place was calm and beautiful. We extended our stay by a day as we just couldnt get ourselves to leave this warmth and welcoming space. Harvey and his family were always responsive to all our requests and meeting him for the tour of the Victorian House was a delight! Blessed to have this time away from the bustling city and yet be so central to all amenities, Solvang, Ojai and local wineries.

Trish and Terry’s place is truly a hidden gem! Their property is beautiful, quiet and a great place to relax. Just close enough to restaurants/shops but off the beaten path so you can immerse yourself in the scenery and simply relax. Trish and Terry were extremely responsive and add many personal touches. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

Great little spot. Walking distance to many places and a small hike too! Very clean inside. We lived sitting on the deck up top.

Buck and Jo Ann’s place was terrific! It was the perfect place for our family. It was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The location and views are awesome and having the parking spot in the garage was a huge bonus! We looked at a number of properties to rent based on location, appearance, and value- we could not have made a better choice by renting this unit. Our 10 month old granddaughter absolutely loved the open space in the living room. We plan to return again. Thank you Buck and Jo Ann!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful sunsets from the deck and relaxing times in the hot tub. The house is warm and comfortable and this is our second time returning. Beach is a lovely walk away and so fun to also drive your car on the beach if you choose. Wonderful restaurants nearby and easy access to all we wanted to do in SLO. Thanks for a wonderful birthday weekend!

It was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room. BEAUTIFUL view. Closer walk to the pier than it looks on the map. It would take longer to drive & park than it did to walk. EXCELLENT parking in the garage. Highly recommend!

The condo was in a great central place for us to go to multiple different towns and beaches in the area. Having the reserved parking space was a huge plus. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and overly friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.
