Birthday Vacation! This home was so wonderful for party of 3 plus 2 dogs and 2 other guests. We really appriciate the live plants that was inside the home and how clean it was. We walked in, the lights were on, along with a nice welcoming calm vibing music, with a nice home fragrance. The Sonos speakers really adds to this home and the ambience. We cooked the whole time we stayed. We can't wait to go back! Looks exactly like the photos plus with some Christmas decor. What a amazing 40th and 37th relaxing birthday at this home.

Great place overlooking gorgeous Santa Ynez valley. We enjoyed spectacular views and David and family were especially respectful of our privacy — important , given that the rental is adjacent to their home. We felt totally at ease. A small malfunction on a sliding door was immediately addressed and repaired while we were out for the day. So no disruption or inconvenience. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place felt very homey and was walkable to many nice spots, including Nautical Bean, the coffee shop that was about 200 ft away. The beds were comfy and the place was well stocked.

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

I haven't been liking Airbnbs as of recent due to their general lack of cleanliness and overall lower standards than normal hotels. Especially larger spaces, always typically lacked maintenance. Julie's Vacation Spot was the absolute complete opposite. Every nook and cranny was clean and clear of dust & debris. The hardwood floors were super clean. Bathrooms all had bidets, were clean and fully operational. The house had every 'upgrade' possible, from electric blinds to quality kitchen appliances to a flat top, grill AND smoker in the back. The hot tub is hydraulic open and close. Alexas in every single room made is awesome for automations. The kitchen was SO well stocked and NONE were scratched/in bad condition. It felt like everything was brand new, or only a few uses away from brand new. The garage was in use, with cars, games and excellent storage. This space was an absolute pleasure to host a friendsgiving at, everybody felt comfortable and at home and plenty of space!

Laurie’s place was perfect for our family of four adults and four children. The bedroom layout was perfect for everyone and plenty of areas for grandchildren to play games, read, watch tv and take naps. The highlight was the dining accommodations for our daughter’s family to join us for Thanksgiving - 15 people and 15 chairs between the dining table and the island! Great family celebration was enjoyed by all. Another bonus were the farm animals - chickens, horses, goats and pig- which the grandchildren loved. Laurie kept in touch to answer questions and help with any issues we had. Great place for family gatherings and thankful to discover it!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. There was plenty room for everyone. We enjoyed all the christmas festivities in Solvang . Town was so busy, I've never seen it that crowded. Loved our stay with our adult children and granddaughter.

Such a comfortable and enjoyable stay…the view was amazing! And even though we were a block from the main shops and restaurants it was so quiet. Lots a great amenities included and very friendly and responsive communication. We highly recommend it and t’s high on our list to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Captains Retreat! The view is amazing, and we sat on our balcony and watched gorgeous sunsets over the bay every evening. The place was very cozy, super clean, and well appointed. Comfy beds and sofa. The location is perfect! A quick 5 minute walk to the heart of town and all its great shops and restaurants. Morro Bay is a very dog friendly town and Toni made ours welcome with doggie supplies and treats. She and Matt are cordial, helpful and very quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back!

Great stay! Location was perfect - across the street from a great sandwich spot, and a 10min walk to the start of town. Wifi was great - never had any interruptions and the speed was always supportive of clear video calls or streaming to the TV. Parking nearby was easy. Would recommend and would stay again if I return to SLO

We had a great stay. It was a quick 10 minute drive into town. The space was beautiful and had lots of amenities. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Trish and Terry’s place is truly a hidden gem! Their property is beautiful, quiet and a great place to relax. Just close enough to restaurants/shops but off the beaten path so you can immerse yourself in the scenery and simply relax. Trish and Terry were extremely responsive and add many personal touches. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

Loved this condo’s location and ability to walk to lots of different attractions and restaurants in SLO. Great space for our family with rooms separated on each side of the condo. Our teen loved the loft bed! Very clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is PRIMO! Easily walkable to the delightful town, pier and shops. The nearby restaurants are top notch! Comfortable beds and flexible sleeping with the twin and bunk beds. Looking forward to next time.

Ken's place was truly lovely and in a great location! We stayed for 4-days over Thanksgiving and it was just perfect and so close to everything. The welcome charcuterie board and note was such a nice treat to receive, such a classy gesture that was so appreciated. You really feel like Ken's rental is special. Everything was pristine and you can tell he cares about his guests comfort and satisfaction, which made this experience even nicer. This is a cozy, well stocked, well decorated, lovely little place and we will be back to enjoy it again soon! Thank you, Ken!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay for the weekend, especially for the price. Location was perfect. Some of the furniture pieces are worn, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were out walking the town all day and were mainly only at the house to sleep. Overall, it was a great place to stay to visit Solvang for the price point. Definitely check out copenhagen sausage garden! The sausages and pretzels are amazing.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations. Had our family with four kids all stay for five days. Directly across from the beach. Beautiful place, with a great deck that had expansive views of the ocean. Great BBQ setup. Cozy. Just perfect all around. Walk to everything. What else could you want. Very affordable. Can't say enough about this location. Will definitely go back. Book it if you can. Highly recommend it.

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was everything as described and in particular our boys loved the bunkbeds. We especially love how quick it was to walk to the beach. We were also able to take advantage of the kitchen and the grill. My husband was able to cook, lamb chops and chicken wings that were delicious. Overall the condo was clean, comfortable, with decor that matched the beach vibe! We will definitely be back.
