Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Maria

Diane’s Edna Valley retreat is an excellent place for a central coast R&R getaway. The home is spacious and comfortable with ample outdoor patio space, parking, and stocked with everything you may need. The place is near the golf course, making an after coffee walk very accessible. We would not hesitate staying here again (if she is able to host us), and I hope you can too!

This is a cute little place in a nice location in Morro Bay. It's very walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is easy. A few things to note- the bedroom with one queen bed is quite small so the door did not close because the bed was blocking it. The $145 cleaning fee is also very high, especially if you only stay one night.

This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home was equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed local restaurants, wineries, and the casino (all walking distance). We can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay. We had plenty of space for our family and dogs. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It even had coffee and sugar and a few other things that made the first morning so much easier. We were close to restaurants and shops and walked everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Jody was a quick and wonderful host. Any possible questions and problem solving needed was easily resolved. The place was beautiful and easy to follow check out. This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

Everything was great!

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

We came to the Central Coast to look at a business opportunity with two kids under seven and two dogs. It was an amazing space. Everything was 100% we will be back and also recommend!

Melissa’s place was amazing and exactly as described. I am super particular and really go through reviews before booking an Airbnb, and this place was definitely worth it. Melissa was great! We had one small issue and she responded immediately to help out. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again the next time we are in Santa Maria.

The sofa bed downstairs is typical with the foam mattress and support bars; the upstairs bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and laid out. The sliding door to the private patio was not working at the moment, but it didn’t affect our stay since we were out and about the whole time. A cute, comfortable cottage in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to all of the wonderful downtown SLO offerings.

Great spot, close to everything and pretty quiet. Great stay, matched ideally what we were looking for.

Ken’s place was amazing. We have stayed at other places here in Pismo and this is by far is our favorite

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location and was the perfect getaway for a girls trip!

This was a very well appointed condo with a view of the ocean and the green hills! The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and really close to the pier and the beach. The condo building itself was very quiet and I loved having an elevator when needed. The management company was very communicative and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and the condo itself. The price was very reasonable considering the 2 bedrooms and the location.

This by far is one of the best properties I've stayed at! It's at a great location!Plus, Rachel gave such a warm welcome! She's a fantastic! It's been the perfect getaway!.
