Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sandown

Katherine’s place was lovely for a short weekend away with family. Very clean and well kept. Beautiful village with nice places to eat and good for dog walks. Only thing I would say is the double bed upstairs wasn’t the comfiest so me and my husband didn’t sleep very well. Other than this we had a great stay and would recommend.

My friend and I had a lovely weekend away staying here with my young baby. The place was very nice and cozy, with a well stocked kitchen and lots of snacks! The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space for the travel cot which was kindly provided. We were met by our lovely host on arrival and she was very helpful. All in all a great stay!

What a great find and such an accommodating host. Can’t fault this fabulous location and a house that’s so well cared for.

A stunning place located in the most quiet residential location in Marchwood. Jenny & Ian are a delight hosts! They reaponds immediately, very helpful and polite. They are so conaiderate to our needs especially wgen my friends had to check out few mins than agreed check out time. I booked the accommodation for my friends when they visited us in Ashurst. We had a great time. Stayed up so late, cozied up by the lounge, relieving childhood memories - lots of laughter and fun!! I will certainly book this accommodatiom again! It is such a beautiful property. Lots of character. Don't hesitate to book this property!

We’ve stayed here four times now and will be returning soon. It’s absolutely perfect for what we want. Fantastic location and Lesley and Pete are very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them, make us feel right at home. If you want peaceful and comfortable with fantastic walks nearby I highly recommend it

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

Had another great stay despite the snow/rain. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our second time staying here. The apartment feels like home it’s a special place very cozy and quiet, with a lovely sea view. It’s also very close to everything you need. We will be back again, I’m sure.

Alison responded immediately to all messages and checked that we were happy with everything. The flat was immaculate, LOVED the big mugs. Short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach and beautiful walks nearby. Alison gave us lots of flexibility with check in and check out which made our stay very easy. Would definitely stay again. Great stay, excellent location just over the road from Cowes high street and a 10 min walk to the chain ferry. Clean, tidy and everything we needed was there. Bottle of wine from local independent shop a nice touch. Would thoroughly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

My favorite place to stay in Portsmouth, creydi Is always welcoming and accomodating. Every single stay at each one of his listings has been wonderful.

Iveta could not have been more welcoming. All sorts of goodies were left for us and the flat was clean and extremely homely. My daughter and I stayed for two weeks following surgery at the hospital and we could not have been more comfortable. I would highly recommend Iveta’s flat and would definitely return in the future .

Cazzy's place is perfect - conveniently located, well thought out with plenty of space, attractive decor, comfy furniture, excellent shower & well-stocked kitchen. She was welcoming & responsive, and provided an excellent guide to the local amenities. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Brockenhurst.

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Amazing house for a weekend away! Lots of space, really comfy beds, with the beach just minutes away. Also Emily was really kind in accommodating a slightly later check out so we could wait at the house before our ferry. Would love to visit again!

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! A fabulous house. Perfect for a group of 7 adults for a weekend away. Great entertaining space and the pool was superb. We couldn’t have asked for more! A nice walk into Cowes and local places to eat and drink. The property is so clean and spacious, excellent facilities and really private space. Loved it and our host offered great tips and advice.

A wonderful peaceful stay for the weekend. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Joanna was extremely helpful with any questions and showed us round when we arrived. Lovely to have a welcome basket too as an extra touch! We were lucky with the weather, cold but not too wet and the house was beautifully warm as the underfloor heating was extremely effective. The log fire was wonderful as the evenings drew in too. We will be back.

A truly wonderful garden house in a beautiful setting, relaxing and felt luxurious. Great location for exploring the New Forest. Andrew is a superb host, welcoming and informative. We stayed in November and the colours in the Japanese garden of the accommodation were exquisite. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! The views were spectacular - so lovely to wake up to. We spotted Oyster Catchers and Egrets from the jetty. Thoroughly recommend Catherine's home. Lovely log burner to keep you warmer on chillier evenings. Catharine was a very responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
